I hired Pegasus to clean our dryer vent. They were easy to coordinate with, answered all my questions, cleaned out our vent + duct thoroughly (it’s unusually hard to access behind our dryer, but they worked hard to get to it and finish the job quickly), and checked afterward that everything was working properly. Their pricing was competitive too.
I’ll be hiring them for any future duct/vent cleaning and highly recommend to others.

There was some miscommunication about what exactly we needed done (they gave me a duct cleaning quote when what I needed was a duct replacement), so it ended up being a bit more than I expected, but overall they were fast and professional and communication was easy.

the offer us free estimate and when they arrive they provide us estimate price that was less then other company in the Bay Area .we set an appointment for today between 9:00-11:00 and they team show up at 8:30am before time .now our Hvac system clean and we are very happy

I hired them to clean our heater vents, and when he checked the dryer exhaust ducts, they were filthy which wasn’t surprising given they haven’t been cleaned in years. So we added that service.

Rizvan was punctual, responsive and so helpful. He gave me good pointers on my other ducts as well and made quick work of cleaning out my dryer vent which was many years overdue for a cleaning. I appreciate that he wore work shoe coverings and also a mask at all times indoors. The price was good to start a d even more with it since he was able to come perform the maintenance soon after my initial inquiry. I’d definitely use him again.

I had been dreading looking for a reputable duct cleaning company as I've heard from far too many people that most companies try to lure you in with some low priced "deal" only to inform you that you need a lot more work to be done and it is really expensive. Israel and the team at Home Team Services were completely different and I am so very glad I found them. Israel did a great job cleaning my 7 air ducts. The came on time and explained things well to me. They also changed my filters and taped up some wrapping which had fallen from around my heat vents. I had been wanting to do this for a while since the rain and cold weather was causing me to use heat more often. And allergies are an issue for me. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and am very satisfied with the service.

When I was looking for someone to clean my ducts as I haven't done it since I owned my condo, I contacted Home Team Services because of the rating on Yelp. I must say it was more than helpful. I was getting a musty smell through the condo and I assumed it was mold.
When Israel from HTS came out to the condo I was impressed at his knowledge and understanding of the task at hand. I was also very pleased at his availability to break down the information so I was able to understand.
he did Inspection and remediation of the mold I was astounded to learn that not only was Israel and Ben a very highly rated company, they are honest. Israel advised me I did not need mold remediation and the cleaning and fumigation would be sufficient. He also checked the air handler and told me it was in good shape and there would be no need to treat it or my ducts for mold. It seems there may be a problem above me.
Instead of a usual company that wants to make every last cent they can, this company actually cares about the customer and only provides what you need or what you ask for. It appears this company does things the old fashion way. You treat a customer with awesome customer service and honesty and they will be back.

My 40 year old furnace stopped working this winter. I contacted Israel for a estimation of replacement. Israel gave me a pretty competitive price and also Melissa reply my email very quickly. So I choose HTS to do the furnace replacement for me.
They come on time, with all the professional equipment and they also use cover to protect my washer and dryer in the garage. They are very quick, I was impressed by their skills and communication is also very easy. They only took 3.5 hours finished all the work, then cleaned up all the trash and vacuum the floor for me. The new furnace and duct looks pretty good and clean. They put all new cover on the pipe, gave me new vent and new gas valve. They also added screw on my water heater vent. I was very satisfied with the work.
