- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have single session, 5 pack of sessions, and monthly program rates to fit various levels of client support. I even offer a group Happiness Coaching package for $49.99 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to conduct an initial discussion about the clients goals and expectations before creating a plan of action for them. I use a highly customized approach with my clients so if there isn’t a good connection up front it may not be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two personal training certificates, five life coach certificates, and an MBA.
