I'm now taking on consistent individual and group Vinyasa flow classes. My classes are heavily rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and tantra. I can give you the sweaty work out you want or a relaxing, stress reliving, hour and a half to two hours of gentle yoga for beginners!
Through individual classes, students are able to get 100% attention from me, allowing refinement and proficiency to both come quickly and naturally.
I'm a 200-hour newly certified yoga teacher from highly accredited senior Vinyasa teacher, Mark Stephens. I can also teach meditation and pranayama to those interested.
