Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with several personal trainers and Markshane is the best I have found. The routines are tailored for my body and fitness level and each routine is different. The custom routines, keep you motivated and are targeted for your specific body needs. Markshane is tough, but professional and personable. He takes a special interest in your fitness goals. The recommendation is really in the results and I have seen the results. After just a few weeks, I have lost weight and can see my body becoming fit and tone all over. I am now performing workouts that I did not know I was capable of doing and gaining strength as I watch the positive changes in my body. Shape Up Studio comes highly recommended by me.
I have had trainers before. However, never one like Megan, who cares beyond the workout. Her overall wellness lifestyle is motivating and inspirational. Her classes are filled with support and drive. I like that she is not a pushover or a Drill Sargent. Most of all she knows her stuff. She is always reading and learning, adding more credentials to her resume...and keep classes fresh and different. What she has created is a community of wellness with her blog, videos, and app. I would recommend Megan to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life.
I was looking for a top notch trainer and that is what I got with Rich. He is extremely educated and is able to apply his information for me to understand. My experience in the gym was limited and I wanted someone who would teach me lifelong skills so I do not need a trainer forever and that's what he did. He is so creative in the gym with his exercises it is quite amazing. I can't thank him enough for helping me achieve my goals but also teaching me so much about nutrition and fitness that I will utilize my whole life. If you're looking for an educated, fun and overall awesome person as your trainer, look no further than Rich.
Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I usually shy away from recommending people or businesses, but with Jobi and Fitness Comes First I say Go Now! You will NOT be disappointed!
I have been working with Wes for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say that he has been outstanding. In our initial meeting, we discussed my goals and what I was looking for with my training sessions. He immediately crafted a workout regimen which would allow me to attain my goals. He is excellent at pushing you to reach your full potential. I have had some injuries in the past, and Wes has deisgned programs/routines that allow me to get results without aggravating those areas. I also have a schedule that can be unpredictable. Wes has been great about being flexible with workout times to accomodate me; and without penalizing me financially like some other trainers I've had in the past. Wes is a great guy, and I look forward to continuing to work with him. It is without reservation that I recommend him to anyone looking to improve their physical health.
An outstanding trainer! Training with Eric gave me really good results. Made a huge difference physically as well as mentally. Every time we trained I found that he was constantly striving to get me in better shape. He has a lot of knowledge on the workout side as well as the nutritional side. Eric is very professional and deifinately has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals!
Mark is a great trainer!! He is different from other trainers. He can relate to his clients and makes you feel he's on the journey with you. I've never felt intimidated with him like I have with past trainers. He has made me feel better about myself. I'm feeling more energized,healthy and confident about myself. Oh and the food he cooks are so good and healthy so it has all helped me out tremendously on my journey to staying healthy and fit. If you want a trainer who can be a mentor and a friend not just some stone cold trainer then Mark is the guy for you!!
Weve been very fortunate to have found Lauren. She started training my husband and I in June, 2015. She listens very close to Steve and I to uncover what matters to us as it relates to our goals, and has designed individual strategic plans to get us there. Its a moving target and she changes it up as needed to keep us challenged and going in the right direction. This is including our nutrition and physical workout sessions. I am in my late 40's and have worked with a few trainers in the past, however no one quite like Lauren. This is her passion and I am sure this why she is so good at what she does. I've been doing personal training since 2010 through many different trainers, my all time favorite was with Brittany. I went through a phase where I wasn't conditioned to training, had gained weight and wasn't use to lifting weights. The first time we trained together, I thought it was really weird but she made it of importance about my breathing and posture and didn't just get right back into lifting like I use to. A couple sessions later, I really actually felt a difference because she made it important to recondition myself and make sure that I breathe properly while I train! She not only made me feel physically fit, she was a great person to talk to, and made me feel great while I worked out and constantly pushed me to be a better person. I wouldn't ever want another trainer, and when I'm done with my break from training, Brittany and I are going to be back out there hitting those new PR's!
I tried for many years to get rid of my cellulite around my hips, stomach and thighs. I hired other fitness trainers that were unable to help me. Let me tell you I worked really hard with the other trainers. Blood, sweat and tears and I still had cellulite. I continued to work out by myself 3 to 4 times a week; lifting weights, jogging etc. I still could not get rid of my cellulite. It was not until I met Kathleen. I watched Kathleen at the gym while she was training her clients. I notice her clients becoming more and more fit. They were looking beautiful. I had to find out what Kathleen's secret was. Kathleen has a unique way of training and incorporating nutrition into your diet. She educated me on the body weight, targeting specific muscles, bone strength, digestive system and much more. Kathleen taught me how to strengthen my weak back, neck and shoulder areas. She has amazing recipes for great tasting, nutritional meals. Because of Kathleen I have absolutely no cellulite on my entire body and no more aches and pains. I am 52 years old and look like a teenager again. I know that may sound hard to believe but it is true!! I love you Kathleen!
When I started training with Tom I hadn’t been active in over a year. I was out of shape but even worse I was unmotivated. I’m also very particular, so I had sessions with a few other trainers before deciding to work solely with Tom, and I’m glad I did! Tom really helped to alter my mentality and lifestyle. He is smart, driven, charismatic and genuinely interested in his clients’ well-being. He took mental notes of all my concerns and tailored our workouts with my goals in mind. He is attentive, correcting my form to ensure efficacy and help me avoid injury. He is hilarious and fun but takes his job (and your health) seriously, so workouts are strenuous but also really enjoyable. For once, I actually looked forward to working out. He kept me in check, pushed me to my limits, and ultimately made me feel better about myself. I highly recommend him.
I have been training with Johanna Godinez now for almost 3 years and I can honestly say I am WAYY better shape than I have ever been in my life. I had multiple trainers in the past, but the difference is Johanna Godinez not only gave me a great workout every single session. She also showed me how to live a healthy clean lifestyle. And that is what seperates Johanna from the rest of the trainers out there. Many trainers can guide you to lose weight or get into shape, but Johanna Godinez is the only trainer I have ever had the pleasure to work with that taught me it is not only important to take my training session serious, but more importantly make healthy living a lifestyle. Johanna is extremely educated at her profession and takes her job very seriously. I would highly recommend her to anyone one who is serious about achieving there fitness goals.
Rochelle is an awesome trainer and motivator. I've worked with her on and off for a very long time! I'm in great shape and loving it all because of her.... She helped me loose weight by becoming more aware of the food I eat. She instructed me on the safe way of using weights. Before Rochelle I didn't exercise, had no idea where to start. I engaged with Diane at the most pivotal time in my life, when I had some critical decisions to make about what I was going to do next and needed to get back in touch with the things that were meaningful and effective for me at a deep level. There is no denying that we were successful in getting to a path forward, as I've come out of the coaching exercise more sure of myself, confident, resilient and grounded then I've felt in a long time. Diane overflows with positive energy and a wealth of knowledge. Everything that we did was guided by my own thoughts and reactions, so in a sense the accomplishment was achieved through a conversation with myself that she facilitated, making the results permanent and self reinforcing. I can't thank her enough for helping turn things around for me. The changes are profound and I would recommend that she can achieve the same for anyone in a similar need.

Training with Zack has been great. I am getting stronger and I have more energy throughout the day. I like that the gym is private, most of the time there are only a couple other trainers so we can use any equipment we need. I look forward to more sessions with Zack!!!
Candon has taught me so many different exercises and how to perform them properly without hurting myself. I know what I need to do at the gym, but Candon helps keep me accountable. He pushes me more than I would ever push myself and has me do things I never imagined I could do. It's hard, but I'm always really proud of myself. I'm a nurse and we are very prone to get injured from lots of pushing, pulling, and lifting patients. I see a lot of my coworkers getting back or shoulder injuries. I know I'm getting stronger and I can see the difference in my muscle tone. I like that Candon is creative. I hate running. Im sure he knows that lol. So I appreciate that he doesn’t make me do a lot of running. Instead, he finds other ways to get my heart rate up and make it more enjoyable. I noticed that some personal trainers can be intimidating. Candon is really friendly and approachable. Prior to seeing Candon, I never exercised. Now I always look forward to my next session. Having appointments set up with him keeps me accountable. It’s hard for me to hit the gym on my own because I always find other things to do. But knowing that I have an appointment with him makes it a lot easier… No excuse for me not to exercise!
What I love about Dina is that I get both a body and mind workout each session that I have with her. She's such a positive person and so encouraging! I've lost inches, and gained confidence and flexibility since I've started working out with her. When I'm about to give up on an exercise, she senses it and her energy and enthusiasm make me focus and work harder. She's aware of my body's weak points and because her training is personalized she works around them. I love the fact that her exercises always vary ... there's definitely no boredom in her gym! You'll leave with a smile on your face and feeling good about yourself!
Reign Athletics & Self Made Training Facility have completely changed my expectations having a personal trainer. I have had trainers at Eos fitness & L.A. fitness and I will never go back to either places or any local gyms for that matter. As a MMA fighter I need to keep my body fat percentage down while keeping my muscle but most importantly staying around 185lbs so I don't die during weight cutts. Brittany has improved every aspect I need as a fighter inside and outside the gym. I never realized how much a science there is in fitness until I started training with her at Self Made. Self Made has top of the line equipment an amazing atmosphere of great people! It's is a Family I'm blessed to have the opportunity to train at and be apart of! When I first started with Brittany I was around 22-24% body fat and in so much need for conditioning and Muscle endurance! My first fight I was completely gased out by the first round that was before starting with Reign Athletics @SelfMadetrainingfacility within a month I had my second fight and I was day and night better!! I am so happy to have found a personal trainer who is extremely knowledgeable about the field and very patient with someone who is just getting into fitness. I have been training with Stacey for almost 2 months now and love that our workouts are challenging yet fun. Aside from the workouts, she has created a diet plan specific to me and my needs.
