Hired mobile fitness group to teach a one-hour yoga class on the beach to our group of women in town for a weekend. It was really wonderful. Teacher was very thoughtful, energetic and fun. Highly recommend!

I love Linda. She is my sister, my teacher, my mentor, my sounding board, and my friend. We have shared so much. She has brought so much into my life. Without her there would be such a void for me. We are sisters on so many levels in so many ways. As a teacher she is forthright, dependable, kind, honest, and impeccably truthful. She has worked tirelessly all her life in pursuit of truth while following avenues of oneness. Linda is full of love and compassion, and she is a fierce fierce friend. I love her, she is so precious to me. I was her friend first, but she is and was one of my greatest teachers, not because she held anything over me, but because she knew all along that she , like Socrates, was merely helping me to re-member myself, fully, through and through. Describe the job What did Stephanie Horsley help you with? Where was the job? How long did it take? I took Yoga instruction from Stephanie at her Yoga studio. She was most helpful in showing me not only the correct way to do each posture but how much more important it is to connect with ones inner being. While practicing yoga. Yoga is not a matter of time. It is up to the student the number of classes they want to take. Say what went well What impressed you about the service? Did Stephanie Horsley go above and beyond? Was Stephanie Horsley on time? How was the quality of the work? Most yoga classes I have attended emphasize more on the physical. Stephanie talks throughout her class. Describing each each pose, what the pose represents, how it works in the body, how the spiritual aspect of each pose affects healing in the body. Yes she goes above anf d beyond in all areas of her life. She is very punctual. In comparison to other classes I have taken the quality of her work is amazing. The quality of her work is Pristine. Point out what could have been better What would have improved your experience? What went wrong, if anything? How could Stephanie Horsley do better in the future? By more effort on my part to deeply listen to her as she was describing each pose. Nothing went wrong. I am not a master Yoga instructor so I have no comment here.
I have been working with Kelly a couple of months for posture & flexibility. I am in my late 40s & am quite inexperienced when it comes to yoga. Kelly is an excellent instructor. She has helped me so much in a short amount of time. She always has a great routine thought out with a lot of variety each week. I would highly recommend her.
My yoga session with Olivia went better than I ever could have imagined. Olivia was prompt in replying to my request for information. She was easy to schedule with. She emailed me a little form in advance so I could communicate my goals, experience, comfort level, etc. She arrived on time bringing mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, all the supplies needed for a beginner. I immediately felt comfortable with her. We spent a few minutes discussing yoga, expectations, etc. Olivia had prepared a routine or set of poses (she had another name for this but I can't remember it off the top of my head). It was challenging but not to the point that I felt it was too much or that I was in over my head. She encouraged me to stretch a little more if I could, explained why stretching and twisting is good for the body, and always focused on breathing. She'd make adjustments if I wasn't in proper position and I could notice the difference immediately. I enjoyed the music and the pace of the class very much. She has a pleasant voice that I found relaxing to listen to as she guided me through the routine. I can't wait for my next session!
I started yoga lessons with Adam because my blood pressure was elevated. I had read on his website that Raja yoga could be beneficial for lowering b/p and it was. For almost a year now I have been using the customized practice Adam developed for me. While I have attempted other types of yoga for over 15 years I never stayed with a practice because the postures were too painful. In addition to my blood pressure returning to normal I experience a deeper connection to my body.
Victoria helped me with the issues I came in for and also addressed some things I didn't know I needed. She has great insights and is very gifted as a healer. I saw results within the first few days of our session. I went to her for 3 consecutive sessions and now only go in if I feel out of balance or if I have something important going on in my life. I also appreciate that the way she goes about the healing is as a witness. That resonated for me. The yoga studio she works out of is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of street parking. But if you don't want to come out, she does remote sessions also. I prefer remote sessions because I don't have to factor travel time in. I highly recommend her.
Kristy is great!!! I had been wanting to try yoga for a long time unsure of what to expect and working with her has really helped encourage me to step out of my comfort zone and find some time to relax and try something new and enjoyable!She's very patient, knowledgable and has helped me find a new passion for Yoga.
She is an aweeeesooooomeeee teacher not only for beginners but for the experienced ones as well. She knows what she is doing. She is the one who encourages me to keep working out regularly. Thank you sosososo much for your help!!!!

A yoga teacher who is a REAL person. Like, she doesn't sugar-coat things. Devon makes yoga fun and accessible. You will not regret training with her. When I do, I get excited to take chances and try postures I've been previously too scared to even attempt. Can't recommend Dev any higher!
Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.
We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party in Malibu! I am so happy we selected Stacey to instruct yoga on the beach!! She was incredibly quick to reply, professional and prompt! We were mostly beginners and wanted to have a casual yoga session! She was very detailed in the movements/practice but at the same time tailored the class to her audience and kept it very lighthearted. Loved her jokes ;) At the end, she provided the bachelorette with a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding! What a thoughtful touch! Too bad she didn't live in Texas otherwise I'd def be using her more! Thank you again Stacey for such a wonderful morning!

I was nervous about taking the class. Skye made it possible for me to go easy and because she gives options I was able to advance on my own terms. She is also very pro with a peaceful demeanor and calming voice. I ended up going back to her several times and will continue. Her ocean front home and the view where we do the yoga is just breath taking too. You have to try her I highly recommend!
It was my first yoga class in a long time and I recall not liking it in the past. I took Robin’s class at my apartment complex last week and it was such a great experience. I felt so calm and relaxed during and much more after. She had the perfect voice for the class. I was a total newbie and didn’t know names of positions and I liked how she named each position as she was doing it. It was very easy to catch on. I also appreciated how she provided options for beginners and advanced attendees. I had a sprained elbow (unrelated incident) and the options made it easier to find a comfortable position for certain moves. I was very impressed and now I LOVE yoga! I can’t wait to do it again and join Robin’s class in the future when my elbow heals.
