I met with Markshane earlier in May and through the preliminary tests that he did on me I was in pretty bad shape. You can tell that he genuinely wants you to get better with the way that he talks about health. He told me "I'm in this business with you to get out of business with you" which totally makes sense bc his gym is targeted for YOU so that you can improve your health. My trainer is Jeremy and he's awesome. I've definitely felt a massive increase in strength. What I like about him is that he is always taking notes about what weight I'm improving to and what I'm struggling with so we can make it stronger. He continuously pushes me and encourages me to keep going and he knows a lot about what he does! Shape Up Studio has been a great choice to inprove my health and lifestyle. Thanks, guys!

I’ve been with Megan at Every BODY’s Fit for 2 months and I feel great. The workouts are always exciting and Megan does a great job of keeping me motivated and she always encouraging. Dustin is an amazingly professional trainer that is highly responsive to the needs of his clients and we'll build a custom Training rooting for you based on your specific goals and resources. I met with him this evening at the park and she had me doing several of his high intensity interval routines that's just it my abilities and made it possible for him 2 gauge my aptitudes at this time. The workouts were challenging but not overwhelming and Dustin was very responsive to my needs whenever I was unable complete the set or if I was in pain he was able to switch out the routines to make it more comfortable and always kept a very positive motivational attitude. I'm looking forward to continuing working with him swords my health and athletic goals! To be thorough I am a 37 year old male that is trying to lose 35-45 pounds in body fat and gain a muscular toned physique so we'll see where we can go from here!

I engaged with Diane at the most pivotal time in my life, when I had some critical decisions to make about what I was going to do next and needed to get back in touch with the things that were meaningful and effective for me at a deep level. There is no denying that we were successful in getting to a path forward, as I've come out of the coaching exercise more sure of myself, confident, resilient and grounded then I've felt in a long time. Diane overflows with positive energy and a wealth of knowledge. Everything that we did was guided by my own thoughts and reactions, so in a sense the accomplishment was achieved through a conversation with myself that she facilitated, making the results permanent and self reinforcing. I can't thank her enough for helping turn things around for me. The changes are profound and I would recommend that she can achieve the same for anyone in a similar need.

I started working with Justin 8 months ago and he has guided a complete transformation in my overall health, body composition, and how I think about nutrition in general! Justin is incredibly detail oriented and scientific in his approach to nutritional and physical training. Based on Justin’s direction I’ve taken precise measurements via Dexa scans, bloodwork, and ketone measurement. Using these techniques the results can’t be faked! I’ve lost 11lbs of fat, gained 8lbs of muscle, significantly improved my bloodwork (all around but specifically cholesterol) while gaining strength and endurance and not getting board or injured. Whether Justin is measuring heartrate/VO2 max/ketones, pushing you past your goal, or giving worldly advice on the human psyche I couldn’t recommend him more!

Greg is very professional and a fantastic trainer, he is fun to work with and is always coming up with challenging new workout plans so you never fall into a routine. Greg works with you on health, nutrition, body shaping and posture as well as cardio and weight training. He will help you set and meet your goals and you'll have fun getting there! I've worked with many trainers over the past 16 years and Greg is one of the very best!!!! I love my workouts!!!!

    Olly worked with me for an eight week strength training program. In that time, I improved nearly every lifting motion by 20% weight. He was easy to contact if I had a question about a motion or a circuit, and constantly checked in to see how I was doing. He also stayed on me about measuring my macros, something I had never done before but continue to do 6 months later. Great coach, even remotely-- I live in NJ, he's in Cali. He makes it work.

    I trained with Mike (MD) for over a year at small privately owned Gym. We did one on one training. Mike listened to me and designed programs for me that helped me grow and kept me coming back for more training. He was sensitive to me and my health and fitness situations. I am a 62 year old woman with 2 hip replacements with some bad habits, and have not had a regular fitness plan for a long time. Mike provided me physical and strength training but also offered programs for weight loss, balance, endurance, heart health and more. Mike knew and understood the exercises and how I should execute the movements/workout so I would not injure or hurt myself. He would ask me during the training if I was OK, but he would not let me wimp out when he knew I could do more. I never felt intimidated or embarrassed regarding my lack of fitness. I grew stronger and confident and felt encouraged to come back for the next training. Mike encouraged me to be/do better.     Amanda is a fabulous trainer. She and I met about 18 months ago at at prior bootcamp style gym. When my schedule changed and I was unable to take classes, she and I began working 1-on-1 and have been working together for over a year. Amanda is amazing and very receptive to what I am looking to achieve with my body, what my goals are and what issues are coming up, physically, mentally and with my schedule between workouts.     My name is Josh, I’m 33 years old and had recently taken a physical just to make sure everything was good. Doctor said that everything looked fine but that he did detect elevated cholesterol levels and recommended exercise and changes to my diet. This motivated to make some changes and hire a trainer, which is something I had been thinking about for a while. I’ve had 2 previous trainers that didn’t really work out, so I decided to do some research this time and really try to make it work. I had been following Kris on Facebook for a while and decided to reach out to talk about potentially training together. We met up for coffee one day and I told him I basically didn’t know what I was doing when it came to working out and told him my goals that I wanted to achieve. He was very reassuring and mentioned how he also had a transformation story and it made me feel good knowing that he could relate to where I was coming from. After that, I decided to go ahead and proceed with training with Kris. The first couple of sessions were awkward and hard, mostly because I was doing things my body wasn’t used to, but Kris made the whole thing so lighthearted and fun. I’ve never really been a gym person before, and Kris showed my what every exercise was for and what parts of the body it helped grow. I also knew nothing about pre-workouts or protein and Kris was nice enough to let me sample some of his stuff to see how it worked and how it would help me grow. Before I knew it, I was increasing in weights and all the soreness and awkwardness from the beginning went away and I was actually seeing progress in the mirror. I was so pumped and motivated that I renewed my expired gym membership so that I could continue lifting on days when I didn’t see Kris. It’s exciting to go to a gym now and not be intimidated because I know what I’m doing now. I have never worked out so much in my life and am in the best shape I’ve ever been and I owe it all to Kris. I recently did a follow up with my doctor and he said that the elevated cholesterol levels he previously detected were gone. I really can’t say enough what he’s done for me, my health, and my own confidence. Deciding to train with him is the best decision I’ve ever taken and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

      I wanted a personal trainer because I wanted to lose 50lbs. I signed up for Dashawn's online coaching because it was affordable. I lost 30lbs and its only been 2 months!       Are nutritionists covered by health insurance?
