FitnessbyDay offer the one stop shop to encompass a consumers need to reach their fitness goals. Combines over 20 years of knowledge as a personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, Powerlifter as well as an avid runner with over 20 years of knowledge and expertise in nutrition. My personal hobby has always been spending time cooking which I seemed to have mastered by Combining my love for tasty food that would assist me to reach my fitness goal. The courses specific to nutrition education has given me an extensive background of a wide variety of diets to reach the vast array of fitness activities. With that knowledge I have received over the years I have developed flexible macro-nutrient meal plans or portion control sizes that are fully customization for any healthy lifestyle. An additional service I offer is online personalized fitness plans and training programs based on your Physical activity level, sports participation and any rehabilitation or imbalances that may be hindering you as a client currently from your true physical fitness goals. Your plans are 100% personalized step-by-step with me by your side during the entire journey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with proper assessments of all my clients goals, Spending time to learn their physical activity levels and imbalances that may need to be addressed. I will then design a program based on their needs and goals. Rate starts at $50 Travel Rates apply
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through N.A.S.M. as a Certified Personal Trainer and USPA as a Powerlifting coach.
