- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation but if you'd rather text or email that's fine too. I find the more background info I gather before our first session, the more productive for the client that session is. I'll ask for your medical/health/injury history. exercise history & training goals. When we meet in person I do movement screens and postural analysis. If your movement patterns look good, we'll do some strength testing, otherwise, I'll offer to teach you stretches that will help your movement patterns & the next session we'll begin with either begin with a corrective exercise routine if you need/want that, or if you prefer we can go right to creating a routine to reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
