I'm 76 and trying to keep what I have left of mobility despite pretty severe arthritis. ( I laughed when I saw Radha's profile because some days getting out of bed feels like a sport!) She has been coming to my house and teaching me exercises to strengthen my core and quads and help my balance. She is also teaching me how to "melt" my feet, which she says will help with balance problems. She's very careful to make sure nothing she has me do hurts or stresses a weak part. It makes me feel very safe. She also works around my emotional quirks and always find another way to approach a problem if something doesn't work for me the first time. And she has a great sense of humor -- we laugh a lot, which is a nice extra. I've told others about her and would recommend her to just about anybody. She is great!

I hired Radha for 10 sessions focused on helping me recover from pain in my rotator cuffs and hips. She got up EARLY in the morning to come to the gym in my apartment building and was always cheerful and prepared with a thoughtful plan to address my needs. Our initial consult gave her enough to get started and every session she would edit and revise the activities. I appreciate Radha's focus on form, which allows me to gain the maximum benefit without over stressing my body. She has an extensive toolkit of knowledge and experience that allows her to tailor her approach to the needs of the client. Her style is gentle and supportive, not abusive or demanding - which I prefer! Highly recommended, especially for her niche audience of older women, although clearly she can work with all ages, genders, and bodies.

I've worked with Radha for several years and I've always been very impressed with the truly customized personal training sessions she'd create for me. One of her best assets is her ability to really listen and apply her knowledge so her clients will get the best experience and results from their sessions with her. She also has a really great sense of humor which always makes exercising more enjoyable!

Radha is a super trainer. She tailors her sesions to your level and needs, she keeps you moving, she has a million exercises to offer, so boredom is not a factor. She cares deeply about form and positioning, which means you get the max from your workout without straining in the wrong way. She will push you as hard as you want in order to get the result you want. Very client oriented and extremely polite. I have worked out with her for years and still look forward to every session. Radha is a gem.
