I couldnt be more pleased to provide this review for Saundra, as she truly was amazing to work with for my wedding. I hired Saundra as a day-of coordinator, which includes a few meetings leading up to the event. (We met by phone, as I was planning my wedding from across the country.) Saundra helped me to keep all the details in line as we approached the wedding, and communicated efficiently through email and phone calls to ensure she had all the information she needed to keep the day running smoothly, including copies of contracts and a timeline for the days events. A few family members had included some things in their speeches that I had asked them to omit, but because Saundra asked for speeches to be sent in advance, she was able to review them and tactfully guide the speakers toward an acceptable outcome. She listened closely to our desires, and really kept the wedding focused on the things we wanted. My wedding was held at a private (and beautiful!) home, and on the day, Ive since learned that there were a few glitches, including people moving things from our staging area to other places in the home, causing Saundra additional work. The thing that is most impressive to me about that added stress was that I had no idea it was happening. Saundra stayed cool and collected, and handled each situation on her own, which allowed my husband and me to enjoy ourselves, spend time with our guests, and focus on eachother. Leading up to the wedding, I told my fiancé multiple times that hiring Saundra was the best wedding decision I could have made. After all is said and done, Im certain our day wouldnt have been the same without her. She worked hard, and all we had to do was have fun! All the details were in place, and I had no worry because I knew she was taking care of everything. Thank you again, Saundra, for being so supportive and helping to create a beautiful day for my husband and me, and all of our guests!

I was just recently involved in a wedding where I was responsible for finding a reliable bartender. I was stressed, worried and nervous that I wouldn't find a proper fit...and then I came across Michael. I had a good vibe from the get-go and I was so incredibly pleased with his knock-out performance!!! Michael is amazing, I sincerely cannot say enough nice things about him. Prompt, efficient, humorous, diligent and kind are all easy attributes to describe Michael, but this man goes above and beyond. Michael has an incredible work ethic, he aided in set up/tear down and EVERYTHING in between. He is courteous even if others are not, and I found him to be extremely professional. He has a great way about him and really relates to all kinds of folks which is so wonderful. Michael truly delivered 100% and he made the night memorable. This guy is a work horse, and his goal is to make things run smoothly. If you need someone who is a true professional, here is your man! I would hire him for any and every single upcoming event, you will not be disappointed!!
Alisa was hired to cater our wedding of 35 guests at a private residence. She went above and beyond call of duty with cocktails, appetizers, the dinner, and setting up, breaking down the event. She arrived early to set up for both the ceremony and the dinner, and provided the cocktails and beer which received reave reviews from the guests. For the appetizers, she provided polenta bites and bruschetta in keeping with our Italian menu and both were really tasty. The dinner menu consisted of a caesar salad with grilled salmon, tomato bisque, and a cappellacci di zucca; all were truly delicious. She cleaned up the same night, making it easy for us to enjoy the kitchen the next morning for breakfast. If I were to host another event, I would hire Alisa in a heartbeat.
I hired Tiffany as my Day of Coordinator. I knew I needed someone and not family on my wedding day to handle EVERYTHING since my venue was at an Asian restaurant and they don't really provide a coordinator to assist the bride and groom other than restaurant needs. I worked with Tiffany from the moment I inquired. Although, close communication begun a month or so prior to my wedding day, I was still able to reach out to her if I had any random questions or advice in between and she was more than willing to answer them for me without hesitation. I did all the planning for my wedding but Tiffany helped execute my timeline and kept everything together and organized on my wedding day. I truly couldn't have asked for anyone better who understood what I was looking for and preformed her duties to my expectations = ) Thanks Tiffany!
AnnaMarie was a fantastic wedding planner and coordinator for the day of. She was always approachable through phone call, text, and email, and always very responsive. I suspect I could have easily contacted her twice as much as she would not have minded. She always had immediate answers to my questions, too. She had no problem travelling about 50 miles for us for the site venue walk through, the rehearsal, and the day of the wedding. AnnaMarie was incredible on the day of our wedding, she handled all the problems and didn't let us have to worry about them. She put up all the decorations, and handled all the details according to our wants, and stayed until the end of the night cleaning up, and really went made the day run smoothly. I would definitely recommend AnnaMarie and AR Weddings N Events for any of your party coordination/planning needs.
My husband and I were just married and Matt planned our wedding reception. He did a fantastic job - the event was perfect! Matt was knowledgeable and really easy to work with. His recommendations were spot on. My husband and I took forever with some decisions and Matt was good about following up with us as well as taking last minute requests. Definitely highly recommend!
Actually I didn't meet the LadyMarry coordinator and florist, until the rehearsal day, because I was planning my wedding remotely in New York. They are very responsive and patient to my endless questions, and did a great job about organizing the rehearsal and communicating with the other vendors. I always saw Melissa and Donna running around. Hiring you was the best decision I made for my wedding. Thank you!

We were extremely happy with Taneva Events. We wanted a simple but elegant wedding in Hawaii and Velina at Taneva Events provided that and more for us. She worked with us on everything from the smallest detail on the dinner napkins to working with vendors on logistical details, setup on the day of the wedding and ensuring our day was perfect. We did not have a clear idea of what we wanted to do for our wedding besides the fact that we wanted to keep it simple and take advantage of the natural beauty of the setting. Velina was really helpful from the start, brainstorming ideas with us, and making suggestions for the decor that we would have never thought of on our won. We did not want traditional flower centerpieces, and Velina was able to accommodate us by creating beautiful pineapple centerpieces, and tied them all together with the runner, candles, handmade napkins, and pedestals that she placed the pineapples on. Everybody complemented the decor and the bridal bouquet that she created from traditional Hawaiian flowers. We could not have had such a beautiful and smooth day without Velina's help. Planning for a wedding is always stressful, but Velina eased a lot of our stress and was always a pleasure to work with.
Recently attended a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. The rehearsal dinner was as big as the wedding and went off without a hitch. Great food, professional staff, beautiful tables and buffet added up to a PERFECT event.
It was a pleasure working with Courtney,very professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She did an amazing job being our coordinator for the month and day of our wedding, we were on time and everything went smooth on our wedding day, couldn't have done it without her!
Heidi and Ashton were the perfect day-of wedding coordinators. When we arrived at the site on our wedding day, everything was beautifully set up as if by magic. Gracefully and unobtrusively, they made everything happen. They arranged flowers, set up the wedding altar, wrangled vendors, and guided guests through the day’s various phases (ceremony, reception, toasts). They even served us cake and champagne. Our guests remarked on how “effortless” the wedding seemed; this is largely due to Birminkeley’s hard work! Birminkeley also helped plan our wedding. They visited the venue with us and talked us through everything from where to seat the guests to how many tablecloths to order. Later, they helped us search for wedding vendors. Despite our tight timeline (~2 months), they found us a wonderful photographer, rental company, and makeup artist. They were persistent and tenacious in making sure the vendors would adhere to our venue’s strict requirements. In addition to being very capable, flexible, and affordable, Heidi and Ashton are very pleasant to work with. Their calmness and perseverance helped us get through a very stressful time!
Working with Christa for our wedding was a wonderful experience. She was attentive, communicative, accommodating & had a lot of creative ideas to help us work within our budget. On our wedding day, she ran the event flawlessly which allowed my wife & I to not have to stress about anything with vendors, the venue, etc. I highly recommend her, she's the best!
They are professional cater. Nice and kind to dealing with. I would recommend to anyone who plan to have an event, party, and for any occasion. They provide the reasonable price compare to others.
Working with Krista for our wedding was such a fabulous and easy experience. She was available to answer questions and bounce ideas off with really quick response times. Having a destination wedding was a little bit of a challenge logistically, but Krista was great in making sure everything we needed was ready to go and nothing left behind! The flowers came out perfect - I loved being able to show her ideas of what we wanted and she nailed it! Our guests thought the centerpieces and bouquets were just beautiful! We were so happy with Krista's services! If we got married again, we would definitely use Krista just so we could have peace of mind knowing everything would be perfect.
This review is long overdue (wedding was 10.20.17), but I wanted to make sure I shared my experience with Exquisite Weddings & Events! I had decided to plan everything myself to save money (bad idea). About 6 weeks before the wedding I was so stressed out, up to my throat in "things to do." It dawned on me that the only way I could maintain a healthy level of sanity was if I hired a day of coordinator since I had done mostly everything else up to that point. I wasn't able to meet Jill in person until the wedding because I live in San Diego (wedding was in Yosemite). She was very friendly and professional for our consultation call - I immediately felt like I was comfortable working with her long distance and hired her the next day. Let me just say, Jill went above and beyond BEFORE the "day of" that I hired her for. Although I had done a lot (so I thought), there was still so much more to do... thank goodness Jill was there to help me! She tied up loose ends with a couple of the vendors that I had been having a hard time communicating with. She stayed on top of keeping in contact with all my vendors regarding any changes, confirming details, etc. She was even so kind as to loan me a few decorations that I couldn't figure out at the last minute. As soon as Jill got to the cabin on the wedding day, she immediately got to work setting up last minute decorations. I didn't see her again until the ceremony and she did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. After the ceremony, she went straight to the reception and met all the vendors there to help get everything set up. When the wedding party arrived, it was clear everyone had been taken care of. Needless to say, the rest of the reception was a breeze! I would highly recommend Exquisite Weddings & Events. If I had to do it all over again, the only thing I would change would be to hire Jill as my full time coordinator rather than day of. For the price, it doesn't get any better! Thanks Jill!!
Kendra planned 2 baby showers for me and a blessingway. Both were extremely memorable and special. She has an eye for detail and will capture the look you're going for and make it even better. She is reliable, and extremely organized. I had a hard time expressing a vision for what I wanted, but she has a way of connecting with you, getting to know your style and then making it come to life. I am so happy we had Kendra to plan these things for us! Oh and also, if you're kind of all over the place and scatter brained like me, Kendra is your girl! She is super calm nothing stresses her out.
I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Alanah to help make our day perfect. I hired Alanah super last minute (2 months before our wedding) after our original coordinate left the company we were working with and from the minute we hired her she helped to keep me calm during a stressful time. She had great suggestions during planning and helped us to find a new DJ (who was also fantastic and not ridiculously priced) on 2 weeks notice after our original DJ canceled. On the day of she got everyone doing exactly what they needed to be doing without ever coming across pushy or rude. I highly recommend you hire Alanah for your wedding, I know my day could not have been as perfect without her!
DJ Danny J was the DJ at our wedding. He was excellent! He played a variety of different music that incorporated oldies, goodies, and current hits! Everyone of all ages ans stages were able to get up, dance, and enjoy the music. Danny made a point to subtly check in with us (bride & groom) at appropriate times to see what we wanted to hear or do next - we really appreciated that because it helped us keep the wedding day unique to US!! DJ Danny also brought the photo booth which was such a hit. Finally, not only was DJ Danny J's music amazing, but he was a fabulous MC. He has a way of getting people captivated and involved. We love DJ Danny J!!
Danny's floral arrangements are beautiful and thoughtful composites plucked out of fairy tale imagery. I was a bride who hired Danny for my wedding flowers. Originally, I just wanted fresh flowers, some roses, something simple and pretty. However, for the centerpieces, I requested a special set-up with Moroccan lanterns, rustic wood slabs, and flowers spilling out the lanterns flanked by oranges (a Chinese symbol for fortune). In addition, I noted that our wedding colors were pink, blue, cream and gold. Danny was extremely open, flexible, and considerate in listening to my and my husband's vision. In addition, there were a few last minute changes such as: number of reception tables, changing my bouquet to a cascade bouquet, and adding more corsages and boutonnieres to the order. Danny was always very patient and graciously said that he'll do everything he could to make my wedding a dream come true. On the day of my wedding, I walked into my bridal changing room and saw the most gorgeous bouquet I'd ever seen. Blush roses, blue orchis, delicate violet flowers, and eucalyptus coins tumbled majestically in a floral waterfall - wild and natural, yet together making a disciplined formation. Later, I walked down the aisle and saw my beloved standing in front of a gazebo that was swathed in white chiffon and vibrant florals, also Danny's work. An hour and a half later, when we entered the reception room, I was met with the magnificence of our sweetheart table. Being a practical person, I had just discussed with Danny that we'd have a simple sweetheart table with my bridal bouquet as a centerpiece. What met my eyes was a golden tablecloth filled with rosette swirls. Across it were crystal goblets, Moroccan lanterns juxtaposed with oranges and golden frames containing my husband's and my pictures and standing atop tomes and wooden slabs. In that moment, my simple self became suddenly enraptured by a desire for lovely things, and in my transformation, decided that I must preserve my bridal bouquet. Danny indeed works magic.
