Extremely soothing and relaxing massage. Stephen was unique in his massage technique by really incorporating breath. Super helpful and responsive in booking both personal massages as well as massages for corporate outing. Highly recommended!
OMG!!! I don't think I can work with any other personal trainer. Baron and Marcos set a really high bar. I'm new to "getting fit" so I know absolutely nothing at all. I went on a lengthy email exchange with Baron before I started, and Baron was prompt and thorough with his responses. Never did he get frustrated with all the stupid, inane questions I threw at him. Marcos is an awesome trainer. Always on time, totally flexible, and quick to think on his feet to adapt the routine to my unfit body. I've only been six? sessions in, and already I'm seeing results. For example, I went from not being able to plank at all (soooooo embarrassing) to being able to plank for over a minute. Baron and team is probably the best value of all the trainers in the Bay Area. Considering that your trainer **comes to you** and brings all the necessary equipment for the session, I don't think ANYONE can beat their price.
After years and years of wanting to have a personal trainer, I always pushed it off. But something about turning 25 was a wake up call for me. So I made the plunge and did my research and looked into plenty of Personal Trainers but none of them really stood out. It wasn't until using this service and Anthony reaching out to me is a very fast manner that I took the opportunity to meet with him. Let's just say after a quick 15 min phone call and getting to know one another, I was hooked and ready to go. I started my training session on Monday and for someone who really hasn't stepped foot in a GYM or lifted weights, Anthony understands that and works to your level. During the 30 min workout (which felt longer at times haha) he was with me every step of the way, motivating and encouraging me to complete my sets. It has truly been the best investment I have ever made and look forward to accomplishing my goals. You won't go wrong with God's Gym & Anthony as your trainer. This guy knows his stuff!
Gerard is a great personal trainer, highly knowledgable I highly recommend him! He knows how to strike a balance between keeping the work out fun, yet, efficient. In addition to PT, he offers classes and incorporates Beachbody challenge exercises. My favorite is the Abb-session class.
I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. I feel very confidant in his ability to help me. I also know he will keep me free from injury. He exceeded my expectations. It was the best experience I've had with any personal trainer.
BJ Daniels is an exceptional personal trainer, and I am so fortunate to have found him! I am a busy mother of 2 teenage girls, wife, and work as a Registered Nurse. With long hours and the day to day hustle of family life, I found it more & more difficult to make time to exercise. And, the older I got the more exhausted I felt. Motivation to want to stay fit became such a huge hurdle to overcome because all I wanted to do after a long day was sit on the couch & do nothing. Aria is an amazing coach. I am an Adult beginner. I’ve been around water , but never learned how to swim and very uncomfortable inside water. Its been now 3 lessons and I am already getting comfortable and don't panic as much as first time. Aria has been a great help. She is very creative and teaching me patiently.She answers all my silly questions and also always on time for the class. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to hire Personal Instructor for the swim lessons.
Finding a personal trainer is easy, but finding one that you get along with is difficult. I have had hired different personal trainers in the past, but I never clicked with them. My past personal trainers were dry and not present. As for Harold, he gives his full attention on your form and execution. He even informs you which muscles you're suppose to be using, so you are aware that you're using the right muscles. He's very knowledgeable of nutrition and body mechanics. I definitely enjoy working with him!
Let me first start off saying that Grace is the best thing that has happened for me and my weight loss journey thus far, she is not just a trainer that tells you what to do she does it with you and pushes you to keep going, she isn't only concerned with training me but she is also concerned with my health and well being and my overall lifestyle change
Gretchen is kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. She knows how to motivate her clients in a positive and warm way. I have truly enjoyed working with her. Jay is a great trainer! He's dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals. When i train with him he is stern but patient. He makes sure that I understand what I'm doing and explains why I'm doing it. he doesn't mind demonstrating difficult exercises over & over if needed. I recommend Jay to anyone who is serious about reaching their goals but my not yet know how yo obtain them.
Cassie is an amazing personal trainer - she will help you reach goals that you never thought were possible. She also has a strong focus on nutrition which is always at least 80% of the goal. Cassie helped me lose 25+lbs and I've been able to maintain it. Train with her and listen to her, and follow everything she says down to every detail, and you'll get results - but remember you have to put in the actual work!

When I first started looking for a personal trainer I wasn't sure of what I was looking for. I wanted someone who could help me reach my goals of weight loss while simultaneously strengthening my body and gaining my energy back. But I wasn't looking for a drill Sargeant either. With both my athletic history and past injuries, I needed someone who could be understanding and build a work out that was specific to my needs. And with Tyrone I feel like I have found that good balance in a Trainer! Before even knowing me or my needs, he spoke about wanting to know my health history so he could plan a program that suited me and my lifestlye. He is great at pushing you to do more than you thought you could do, while also not pushing you so hard that afterwards you feel like your body will just giveout! In my first 2-3 weeks of training with him 2 days a week I lost 5 lbs and I am still going. Tyrone is a great Coach/Trainer and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends!
My personal training experience with Jason Fox consists of three-days a week of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. Jason is very flexible and communicates in advance regarding any schedule conflictions or need to re-schedule a training session. Thus far, I have lost a total of 8 pounds since working with Jason the first week of January until now, and have received much counsel to help support my weight loss outside of session (eg: Food choices, suggested water intake, vitamin supplements, etc.) . In addition, Jason is a very charismatic trainer and pushes me to be a healthier version of myself without over exhausting my limitations (eg: asthma, weak wrists, etc.). I am comfortable in knowing that I will be pushed each week to exceed my performance of the week, and am constantly encouraged throughout my sessions when I want to give up on a workout component. Overall, I am very pleased with my personal training with Jason Fox and would recommend him to anyone looking to be mentally and physically supported in your journey to become a healthier version of yourself.
I've had a few Personal Trainers (PT) over the years, some with greater success than others. After a few months of kicking around what I needed to do and which PT to use to achieve my overall health goals, I finally committed to working with Vada Rubino. When I think about where I started and where I am today, I’m amazed. I give all the credit to Vada. I’m grateful that she brought me along slowly. Vada was able to identify where I had issues and to work around old and new injuries. I believe it also helped that I was realistic about the time it would take to achieve the kind of progress I needed. Even though it was hard work, Vada was able to make it fun. Still, to accomplish my goals required discipline and consistency, I rarely missed an appointment; it was worth it, all of it. Because of Vada, today I am stronger, much more balanced and have the confidence to do the things I struggled with in the recent past. What she has accomplished with me has far exceeded my expectation. For that reason, I plan on continuing my training with Vada for the long term. If you’re looking for a personal trainer that will give you the right attention you need to accomplish your goals, Vada is the PT I would highly recommend.
I went to Bryan with bad knees, lower back problems and 80 pounds to lose. I had been to several trainers and had discouraging results. My goal was to lose enough weight so that I would be able to get the knee surgery my dr recommended. Not only did Bryan help me to achieve my weight goal-he helped me lose and extra 30 lbs. He also designed a program that strengthened my knees and back so much that I no longer require surgery. I absolutely recommend Bryan if you need someone to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

I have been training with Michaela now for about a year and a half at Custom Health and Fitness in Napa. We are focusing on core and upper body strength. Michaela is fun yet firm to have as a personal trainer. She actively listens to me, encourages me and will push me when I need it. I have visual results in my muscle definition, increased strength in my arms and proven core improvements resulting in greater activity from my bi-weekly sessions with Michaela. She is knowledgeable with nutrition and has encouraged me to keep the nutritional aspect of my health in the for front of my mind. "One can not out train bad nutrition etc..."
I never thought I'd be someone to pay for a personal trainer. But my experience with Josh has proved to be an amazing investment. I have always been an active person, but intimidated when it came to the gym. Josh has educated me on the proper usage of equipment and the mechanics of my body, teaching me how to utilize perfect form to sculpt exactly what muscle we're aiming for. He cares about my personal goals in the gym, and supports me beyond that. I couldn't ask for a better person to work out with and motivate me.
