FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is generally based on the number of rooms being staged, the size and scale of the rooms, as well as the level of staging a client is looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to start with a phone call to gather information from the potential client about the details of their home and what they are looking to accomplish. Once I get an idea of the size and scope of the project, I can provide a quote for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA from UCLA (2002) in World Arts and Cultures, although most of my relevant training and experience has been on the job, first as a Realtor and later as an investor. With 16 years in the real estate industry, I have developed a solid understanding of how to enhance a home’s value and desirability through staging, and what helps to attract and capture buyers' interest. I have learned that you must tailor your staging to the type of buyers you wish to attract and understanding what those buyers like is key to that process. I have renovated and resold over 40 homes and through that process I’ve been able to develop my skills in interior design and home staging.
