Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

I've worked with Marjorie for over 14 years as a yoga student and for several years as a participant in her online Reset and Renew program. I cannot begin to describe the changes I've made in my health and wellness practices over that time. I realize this sounds like hyperbole, but I really feel like a different person since I first walked into her yoga class. I have learned so much from her about how to take care of myself, how to manage my weight (a lifelong problem that I have a much, much better handle on now), how to prevent illness (I almost never get sick...maybe a 2 day minor cold every year.), how to feel centered and balanced and kinder to myself. Marjorie inspires and encourages me to be my best self. She has a wealth of knowledge and is one of the best teachers I've ever had.

Amelia is a responsive and patient yoga instructor. My sessions with her leave me feeling vitalized and strong rather than feeling really sore and worn out. This is the key to why she is so terrific. She tailors her lessons to my needs and adjusts my positions as needed. Her sessions leave me wanting to practice more yoga rather than feeling like it's too hard due to the recovery being too steep. Amelia is knowledgable, flexible, and positive, and that's always a plus!

I have working out with Nick for over a year in a HIIT class and yoga. Earlier this year I hurt my knee and with his guidance I am almost pain free. During our yoga sessions he is excellent at explaining the stretches and how they relate to the entire body. He also is very knowledgable in helping with other aches and pains throughout the body. Overall, it is a great experience to go through any of Nick's classes.
I wanted something special to commemorate my 39th birthday and I am so happy to have found Jen!! From the start we connected really well over the phone; but in person she is truly a gem! The class was challenging for my friends with yoga experience, mindful of another friend who is 21-weeks pregnant and easy to follow for a friend who had never been to a yoga class before- Jen was able to challenge all. She was beyond friendly, super sweet, prompt, knowledgabke, provided mats, worked around the elements as we were on the beach and she even managed to snap a few pictures! Another special touch Jen added was coming around to each of us during shavasana smelling of sweet lavender, mint and orange! I highly recommend Jen for any gathering, she is truly gifted~

I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Glenda Wood for almost a year now. I was a dedicated Bikram Yoga student for about three years when a sudden brain aneurysm changed the course of my life. When I was able to begin practicing yoga again, the universe somehow found this amazing woman for me to begin a whole new journey and understanding of yoga. From the moment one meets Glenda, it is evident that she has a beautiful energy that emanates from within her and she shares it with all who are willing to experience a peaceful, calm joy and centering of self. Glenda begins each class with a profound intention that is relevant to what's going on in the world around us, and often includes a quote or poem from timeless philosophers and yoga gurus, which she reflects upon throughout her class. I am amazed by her ability to teach yoga to a beginner, a person in the process of healing such as myself, and the advanced yogi, all in the same class! She does this so instinctually by going through various modifications of each pose, so that everyone gets the benefits from the pose at their necessary level. I personally have evolved in body, mind and soul through my practice under the guidance of Glenda Wood. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life and am grateful to Glenda because she has been an integral part of my journey to a healthier, happier me. I just hope that more people get to experience a yoga practice under her guidance. All it will take is one class to understand that she is a true healer and a very special spirit.

I have had lots of experience with private students and lots of time in a yoga room. I don't think you have to be Gumby to practice yoga, and I am definitely not hyper flexible myself. However, I believe yoga is a powerful tool, and I am grateful to share it with others. My pricing is negotiable, but I think it's very reasonable. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
