Amber and Max were AMAZING! I originally hired two event helpers through another woman who pulled out less than a week before my wedding. Thankfully I went onto Thumbtack, submitted an inquiry and within less than 20 minutes Amber sent me a message with a quote. She saved me! Amber and Max were so efficient and professional during my wedding. I didn't have a wedding planner, so I had so much on my mind and many things to worry about that day. I never once had to worry about Amber and Max, they were so on top of every little detail. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work!
There is no way I can write how amazing Mimi and her creations are! Wedding was 8/9/14 @ Sainte Claire; the combination real and silk Mimi created set and perfected the room in the perfect elegance the bride Stephanie had envisioned. Says a lot when a man (my husband Dan) saw the room first and said "breathtaking" and when I saw each centerpiece and how distinctive they were, I too was stunned someone could have so much artistic talent. Mimi also created three bouquets for the bride: 1) real for the Virgin Mary, 2) a stunning silk keepsake bouquet with crystal brooches,and 3) a smaller version of keepsake with brooches for tossing at reception; 3 main table silk arrangements and at Mimi's suggestion small vases for bridesmaids to place their bouquet's completed the balanced table. Mimi went above and beyond in her professionalism, her consideration, her artistic eye, her always available to support, and punctuality at church with groom (Garrett), groomsmen/family flowers/at hotel in setting up. In closing, the guests were so taken with the beauty of Mimi's centerpiece's when announced they could be taken home-not one piece remained! Stephanie, Garrett, Dan, and I were 100% pleased with Mimi and are very thankful to have her as part of the bride and groom's vision. THANK YOU MIMI!!!
Maria was fabulous! She came early to set up and even started earlier than she was scheduled to come. She was able to get through ~20 kids and their requests such as balloons, face painting, and glitter tattoos. It also helps that she's super nice too! Highly recommended!
Jane was amazing. She was very easy to work with, her work was beautiful. Being a bride is not easy, and planning a wedding yourself, as I did, is not easy as well, but she made the ordering process very straight forward. She made beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding. She decorated my ceremony arch gorgeously, and she was able to order my ceremony isle rose petals a week in advance. She was kind and also on time. I would definitely hire her again for an event or whenever I renew my vows. #5Stars
Kelly went way above and beyond for our wedding flowers. The flowers arrangements, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres for both our wedding and rehearsal event were stunning in every way. She personally came to our wedding and helped people with corsages and attaching boutonnieres. We didn't give her much time but in the little we gave her, she hit a game winning home run. After meeting with Kelly once and seeing how professional, knowledgeable and frankly plain sweet she is, we were totally at ease and confident with the flowers. Our hopes and expectations were wildly exceeded. If you need any kind of floral arrangement for any event, you would be wise to go see Kelly/LeleFloral.
Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). Nidhana and her team were excellent! She adapted to various changes from doubling of wedding guests (150 to 350 guests), working with various contractors. She accommodated our guests but having bilingual assistant, incorporating cultural customs. Our guests loved the event, thank you for all your hard work :)

Jane and Teresa are wonderful! They are really a one stop shop! Not only did they do all the flowers for my wedding but they also did all my linen's and altered my wedding dress! Everything they did for me really tied all my wedding decor together and made it pop in a beautiful way! I was complemented on the flowers and table clothes all night long! Would defiantly go back to them for any event.
Christina and her team at CRC Custom Events were amazing! We would 100% recommend her. We hired her for day-of coordination and venue decor. She did so much for us leading up to the wedding and making sure we were thinking through everything. She is easy to work with and we were able to trust her to use her own judgement with some of the decor arrangements. Seriously, our wedding looked so beautiful; above and beyond our expectations!
Alina coordinated my destination wedding in Eastern Europe, Ukraine! Throughout the planning process she was attentive, organized and resourceful. Planning a wedding in a small town is not as easy like it is here in the states. There are no rental companies, no real florists or designers, and I won't even mention the caterers. Through numerous meetings and coffee dates we were able to nail down all the logistics! All I can say is that my wedding day was perfect! I later did find out that the caterer I hired was completely running behind and Alina stepped in and helped them in the kitchen to get all the food out on time. I didn't even know that happened until later after the wedding! I loved working with Alina and had her coordinate my 2nd (for those that couldn't make it to Ukraine) wedding here in CA. I would recommend Alina to everyone!
