I truly believe that I would not be where I am today (53 lbs lighter, 49 inches smaller, stronger and healthier) if it were not for Claudia. Not only did she help me through my initial detox/cleanse, she worked me out with personal training, gave me nutrition advice and supported me on my journey.     Shonna was a total transformation. She lost about 50 pounds in 30 days. Her lifestyle changed and she has maintained and lost a few more pounds on her own. She looks and feels fabulous.
