Amelia is overall an outstanding yoga instructor. She came in to our small 8 personal group class with a lot of positive energy and was very mindful towards the future mommas, providing necessary props! She was also very mindful of everyone’s different levels, guiding us through great flow at different intensities. She also incorporated few great partner stretches which made the practice even more special for our small group! She even providing calming oils and rose quartz stone treats as small takeaways! Amelia has wonderful energy and everyone in the group was energized and uplifted after the 1 hour session.
I would highly recommend Amelia to lead a yoga class, whether private or for a small group, and even larger events!
