- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I never thought I'd be a yoga teacher. I did the yoga teacher training because I had practice your for years & had heard overwhelming feedback about how you'd teacher training held take your practice to the next level & deepen your relationship to yoga. So that was the soul purpose for going to yoga teacher training. During the training I would have to do practice teachings and received so much positive feedback about my practice classes that eventually even I resisted it I couldn't hide from it anymore, teaching yoga was a gift that was given to me & I had to own it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I suggest you give yoga a try! You will not regret it! Just make sure the teacher is certified and meets the needs you are looking for in your yoga experience. Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions and try many styles.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Teaching yoga is one of the most rewarding jobs a person can have because you never stop being a student as much as you are a teacher every session, every day, every week, every month and every year! What a blessing!
