If you are looking for alternative ways to heal from anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, and bring more light and energy into your life, I am more than happy to assist you. Through gentle yoga and dietary (Ayurvedic diet suggestions), we can work together to find the right path for you. We can do basic yoga lessons to ease one into taking a full on yoga class, or work on breathing exercises to ease your stress. However you would like to improve your experience - or even just get to know what yoga and/or Ayurveda is all about - I will work with you one on one.
I also offer services for children, with and without disabilities, to provide healing and growth. Growing up with a brother with Fragile X(a genetic disorder), I understand some of the challenges these kids face. Through yoga, I work with music, games and textured toys to encourage joy and peace.
I have taught adult restorative yoga classes at A Gentle Way Yoga in San Diego, Alma Latina Dance Studio, Kids Included Together (Vinyasa classes and kids yoga workshops), and currently teach Ohana (Family Yoga) at HAPA Yoga in San Diego. I have taught kids yoga classes at Alma Latina Dance Studio in San Diego, in private homes, and at local parks. I also hold private sessions at HAPA Yoga studio.
