Hired on Thumbtack

Came out to look at the work, provided an estimate later that night and didn't have any concerns. Then went radio silent and when he finally returned a call said we were outside their service area. Seems like they'd know that when they got my address and came out for an estimate. Don't waste your time, he will waste yours.
