I called other vendors and they made me wait a week only to not get back to me. I saw Danny on thumbtack and sent him a message about our printer issue. He immediately responded and set a date for him to come in to repair it. He was prompt, professional, and very helpful. So glad to find him. Now we have someone who will maintain our printer moving forward.

Danny's service was excellent. He returned my call in a timely manner and asked me questions pertaining to my printer so he could conduct a pre diagnostic over the phone. With that he was able to give me pricing on possible parts that were needed to repair my printer. Danny provided me with the prices and restocking fee if the item ended up not being needed. He called before he came to let me know he was enroute to my residence. He was friendly, professional answered all my questions and a great listener. His prices are fair and the parts he brought were exactly what was needed to have my printer repaired. I will be using his service again. I will also recommend him to family and friends
