He checked both crawl spaces and the attic for evidence of entry before he even gave me an estimate. As for the work, he sealed all the ingress points, got rid of any debris, taped up the duct system if it had damaged or hanging insulation, sanitized the area, and set traps to check two weeks hence. His guys worked hard and were very clean. They put down plastic on the floors and it doesn't look like they were ever here. I hope we don't see any mice or rats as a result of their work inside or outside the home again."See more

Andy is very honest. He was able to fix the defective part of my HVAC blower fan ( not turning off automatically). Instead of replacing the defective part which is more costly. And the value of his service is more than very fair. I highly recommend his services.Thank you and God bless Andy.

Walter was very courteous and personable. We got along really well and he was all business. Communication was great via text message and phonecall. When he arrived ,he performed troubleshooting to figure out why my thermostat was not getting any power. He was very informative the entire time and walked me in great detail about what he was doing the entire time. He also went into great lengths explaining the physics of how hot and cold air is distributed by the system..pretty much a walking textbook! His knowledge for the hvac system truly shines! He also went extra mile to wash my a/c coils and made recommendations that some parts needed to be replaced and he was willing to do it on the spot at a discounted rate. Some things I found a bit odd was I never received a receipt or documentation for the work done and he requested payment via venmo to someone else’s name. I thought 435 was a bit high to replace a transformer but I am also paying for his expertise and knowledge(drive time?) His courteous demeanor, warm personality, and knowledge also goes a long way. I will be sure to reach out to Walter for my future HVAC repairs. I recommend!
