Hired on Thumbtack

The value that controlled water temperature in the master shower failed. The plumbers needed to break open multiple tiles to replace the valves. This left missing and damaged tiles that required replacement. I was fortunate to find Certified Unique Tile. Chris came out to assess the situation and provide a proper quote. He explained the process of providing a sturdy and waterproof foundation. The original tile (Carrara Marble) was manufactured as 11x8.6 size was no longer made so he needed to cut down each tile from 12x12. He was able to perform all the work in one day and my wife and I could not be happier with the results. The tile and grout come out perfect. I recommend Chris for any tile (big or small) work. He really knows his stuff!

Chris did an excellent job with the tile repair needed after a major bathroom plumbing repair that involved pipe removal and clearing. Even though this was a smaller job compared to the larger projects Chris normally handles, he still showed up on time, kept his promise on the scheduled day, and treated the work with care and professionalism. The tile repair looks great, and he even reinstalled the toilet as a bonus, which I really appreciated. He also fixed a crack in our kitchen granite, and the result is amazing. The filled crack is barely visible now, and the granite looks almost brand new. I would absolutely use Chris again and would gladly recommend him to friends and neighbors. Reliable, skilled, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. Besides that, he is a very friendly guy.

We had an excellent experience working with Chris. He did an amazing job on our tile floors and his craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Chris was honest, knowledgeable, and offered great advice and suggestions throughout the process, which really helped us make the right decisions. In addition to the floors, he fully remodeled our fireplace, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Everything came out absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a contractor who is reliable, skilled, and truly cares about the quality of his work, I highly recommend Chris.

I had a highly satisfying experience with my kitchen project. Certified Unique Tiles exceeded my expectations regarding my vision and requirements. Chris did a great job. He removed the tiles from our shower floor because some were cracked. He showed us that the concrete below the tiles was also cracked. Then he poured and sloped new concrete, put some red waterproof cloth down, and retiled. the shower looks brand new!
