Prior to working with JJ, my lifestyle wasn't very active. I knew i needed a personal trainer to help with my exercise routine, and JJ was the perfect guy. Since I started working with him 2 months ago, I am now definitely stronger, and he'll push you during training but still make it enjoyable. He also pointed out the things I needed to maintain during my off days, such as cardio. I definitely recommend him to help anyone who wants to start an active lifestyle.
AWESOME PERSONAL TRAINER!! I started working out with OJ in July 2016. I was kind of skeptical of a new personal trainer because of my bad experiences with other trainers, but OJ is very different. He wants to know your goals and definitely makes you put in the hard work to accomplish them. When I am scheduled to workout with OJ, that entire hour is totally focused on my health goals. He is very patient and encouraging and for once in my life, I don't dread working out. I actually enjoy the intensity of the work-outs and I have lost weight already. I am not where I want to be physically as of yet, but I have already seen improvements with my body and overall fitness level. What I do know is, if I stick with OJ, my goals will be accomplished in no time!! My advice for someone looking for a personal trainer, give OJ a try, you definitely won't regret it!!
I was looking for a personal trainer to get a kick start to get back into shape after hip surgery. Found Kevin through Thumbtack. After just a few weeks of training with Kevin I felt as if I had been given new life. Kevin got me not only stronger with lifting weights but also concentrated on a stretching program that put me back on track to walking and running again. I appreciate all he has done for me.
Hugo is hands down the best trainer! This is my first time ever having a personal trainer and I couldn't have picked a better one. In my first month I lost 18lbs!! Hugo is so nice and makes sure that before you perform any exercise he shows you the proper form to prevent injury. Included in his program was a personalized meal plan to suit your goal plans. I would definitely recommend anyone to train with Hugo!

Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.
Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! I have hired Manuk as my personal trainer because I'm Sweatin' for the Wedding. My wedding is in a couple of months and after searching for several private instructors I picked Manuk. Why? Because he guaranteed me results in a healthy way. No gimmicks. I've been training with Manuk for a little over 2 months and I have lost a healthy 15 pounds! I feel so energetic after workouts and Manuk is there to motivate me for every step, every jump, every mountain climber, every push up I do. Manuk is also flexible with his schedule which is always a plus for someone who is busy planning a wedding! He also keeps track of my food log. He educates me on the numbers I should aim for my nutrients and calories. Overall I've seen AMAZING results with Manuk and I can not wait to see my results in the next few months. Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.
I've been wanting to tone up my body and get abs for a long time. When Luke started to train he was super focused on the form of each exercise as to maximize results. This is awesome as I don't want to get injured. He knows how far to push me to go a little beyond my limits without killing me. He's also very knowledgeable on nutrition and made the best suggestions as to what to eat, when to eat, and what to take with supplements to fill in the gaps. Overall I'm extremely happy. He's an experienced personal trainer and I love my abs!!!
If you're looking for a personal trainer, Vanesa is the way to go! She is dedicated to getting you to reach your fitness goals; whether thats shedding pounds, gaining muscle, or having the strength to do other activities (I can say this because these were all my goals). I've never had an unanswered question (about workouts, food, pain, etc ) or a missed session. She has been super accommodating to my schedule and previous injury. Anytime I would feel pain somewhere in my body she would give me advice on what to do, which has always fixed the problem. She has a positive adittude and will push you when you want to give up or are tired; she gets you to the place you want to be. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. In the 3 months I've been with her, I have gotten compliments left and right, my energy levels have increased significantly, and most importantly I feel confident in my own skin again. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. #teamsuazo

Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.

I had 10 personal training sessions with Donna Martin. She was fabulous. Donna was very attentive to my needs and my restrictions. The sessions were never boring. Her workouts were simple yet challenging. I felt like I could do a lot of the exercises anywhere. I trained out of her garage which had more than enough equipment and she showed me how to adjust the exercise if I didn't have the equipment available. I was very motivated by Donna and she did not push me over my limits. Donna is very encouraging when you feel like your not getting it.
