Awesome workouts every time. He motivates you. He knows his stuff. He always mixed it up so I didn't get bored. I've became confident and I love the results I've achieved by Jonathan. Training with Jonathan is rewarding. Jonathan also taught me some of his mma moves so I can protect myself from strangers. He also kept me focused on my eating. I started working out with OJ towards the beginning of January- I had lead a sedentary lifestyle for a long time and felt kinda lost on where to begin. So far I've lost 14lbs, feel stronger, and feel more confident and capable while working out. I feel like he is a great choice for anyone started from a place of low fitness or obesity. PROS -it's private. I always felt very self-conscious working out in the big commercial gyms with tons of people around. There have never been more than 2 other clients (of his partner) during my sessions and often there is no one else. I can focus 100% on form and effort rather than getting caught up in how ridiculous, red-faced etc I must look -attention & assistance even outside of sessions. He's always quick to reply to texts whether its scheduling, nutritional questions, or asking for a routine to do. He's also been very accommodating when I've had to cancel or reschedule. -Limits! I feel he is so good in this department. I always leave a session feeling like I've been pushed to the very edge of my limits but not past- the only 2 times I went to far was due to stuff on my end that I hadn't mentioned (sick/hadn't eaten). He doesn't let me quit when I have to pause but can keeping going overall and he'll call me on it when he knows I can push harder, go faster etc, but he'll adjust the exercise if he sees I'm truly approaching the edge of my capabilities. And he's never misjudged which is which so far. Similarly, I can't get away with slacking on form due to fatigue or inattention but I'm not pushed to have form that I'm just not capable of yet (ex. pushups) This has probably been the biggest thing that keeps me coming back-I've had trainers who wanted more than I'm physically capable of, or pushed me to the point of failure which is very discouraging. -Each session is different and varied- I don't get bored. Also if I ask for a particular exercise he's always been willing to add it to the next session which is nice. -Sincere praise. When he tells me I'm doing a good job I know I actually have! That's way more encouraging than liberal amounts of undeserved praise CONS -The only con/downside is that I was initially looking to focus on lifting- reviewing moves, making sure my form was good, and developing a routine or 2 I could use at my regular gym. But I was also only planning to do a month of training and I'm at 2.5 now, and more than fulfilling my larger goal of general weightloss/fitness! So obviously it's a very minor complaint.
I am a preschool owner and I have been searching for a course in adult, child and infant CPR and First Aid certification. Jesus and his staff was funny engaging and easy to learn from. He is thorough using different scenarios to explain things. He provided comprehensive videos as well many visual and kinesthetic aids for a variety of learners. They came prepared, professionally dressed and were very professional. This was important because I invited clients to become certified along with my staff. He and his staff CLEARLY have a passion for what they do. We are so happy and would highly recommend training from Jesus and his staff. I've been training with Kevin for a little over a month and I am already extremely pleased with my results! I've lost 8 pounds and went from 29.6% body fat to 24.6% in only a month! 14% body fat seemed like a distant challenge when we first started, but now I am more confident than ever that I will reach my goal with the help of Kevin. With Kevin's motivating personality, he constantly pushes me past my limits each and every session. He has made me realize how strong I truly am and that my fitness journey has only begun! I've started training with Ted 2 days a week at his private gym and I'm really enjoying it. He definitely knows his stuff. He's like a fountain of information when it comes to exercises and nutrition. I feel like I'm getting stronger and healthier every week. Looking forward to seeing some great results.

I have hired Manuk as my personal trainer because I'm Sweatin' for the Wedding. My wedding is in a couple of months and after searching for several private instructors I picked Manuk. Why? Because he guaranteed me results in a healthy way. No gimmicks. I've been training with Manuk for a little over 2 months and I have lost a healthy 15 pounds! I feel so energetic after workouts and Manuk is there to motivate me for every step, every jump, every mountain climber, every push up I do. Manuk is also flexible with his schedule which is always a plus for someone who is busy planning a wedding! He also keeps track of my food log. He educates me on the numbers I should aim for my nutrients and calories. Overall I've seen AMAZING results with Manuk and I can not wait to see my results in the next few months. I've been training with Mark for 3 months already and so far I think I've improved my strength and stamina. I can now run on the treadmill and do my own routine. This guy is a good trainer and I would recommend him to my friends and family... In fact I've referred my sisters already and they like him too :)

Goat Fitness has it all. I went to goat Fitness looking to get stronger, leaner and faster. Trainer Jon helped me with my nutrition and guided me through strength training and powerlifting to accomplish my goal and help me find my new passion. Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.
Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. Not only is he skilled in basic muscle-fitness training exercises, he also is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and how it correlates to the human metabolic system.
