Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!
Kylie was very professional and skilled in taking me through the yoga poses. The session was very relaxing and fulfilling.
I have taken class with Rebecca for over 8 years. Her classes are full of spirit, laughter and soul. She is particularly wonderful at teaching alignment. I cannot imagine my yoga journey without her guidance. She is a fantastic teacher and person.
Carissa is a lovely person and I highly recommend her for Pilates and Yoga! A+++
I have regularly attended Jasmine’s Saturday morning class at Renu Yoga studio, in Yakima, WA and it has been a joy. She has blossomed into a confident, creative yoga instructor! Her pacing is very good, and she does a wonderful job of coming up with new and innovative sequences that challenge us. Jasmine is able to suggest a variety of options for each skill level, so everyone in the class can work to their ability, and have something on the horizon for which to strive. On an emotional level, I always feel more calm and peaceful after her class. I always look forward to her class, and will miss her not being a part of my Saturday routine now that she is moving to California.
After reviewing her website & qualifications, as well as her videos, I could see that she has a very calm energy, & was knowledgable in the area of yoga I am in search of. I looking forward to trying her class.
My introductory yoga session with Ashley was a fantastic experience. She was very flexible on time and place, and suggested we meet in the park for our early morning session, which turned out to be a great choice. She's got an awesome personality, positive and energetic, and she's very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. I'm really looking forward to our future sessions.

Kayla discovered grace on the mat as a way to counteract the strains of classical ballet and competitive dancing in 1999. Since then, her asana practice has developed into a dharma of discovery. It has become clear that the past is written and cannot be erased; the future has yet to be drafted; only in the present moment can we truly be alive. Practicing and teaching internationally over the past 3 years, Kayla is a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher with over 250 hours of teaching experience. Currently, she is studying under Janet Stone in San Francisco to earn her 500-hr certificate in the Five Elements training program. Kayla's true passion is guiding those on the path of yoga to encounter the stillness between life's rises and falls by connecting prana and movement, removing boundaries and embracing vulnerability on and off the mat. As an instructor, Kayla hopes to invite practitioners to establish sustainable expansion; encouraging students to look beyond all that which separates, binds, limits or constrains. Kayla's classes are infused with mantra, cadence and community; stimulating awareness through powerful yet nurturing sequencing paired with attentive guidance; she humbly bows with overwhelming gratitude to all of her teachers and fellow practitioners along the way that have shed light upon this beautiful dharma she has been blessed with.
I focus on individual conditions and requirements. I'm emphasizing on pranic healing with every posture and on great deep relaxation at the end of every class to relax the mind, body, and soul.
I'm now taking on consistent individual and group Vinyasa flow classes. My classes are heavily rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and tantra. I can give you the sweaty work out you want or a relaxing, stress reliving, hour and a half to two hours of gentle yoga for beginners! Through individual classes, students are able to get 100% attention from me, allowing refinement and proficiency to both come quickly and naturally. I'm a 200-hour newly certified yoga teacher from highly accredited senior Vinyasa teacher, Mark Stephens. I can also teach meditation and pranayama to those interested. See you in class!

With a passion to pass on the holistic benefit of body movement, balancing, and abdominal exercises (which is a base for good posture, healthy mind and body), Kelly has been practicing and teaching movement and stretching class to youth and elders since 2012. Kelly was first introduced to yoga practice as a young ballet dancer in an intense structural and competitive setting where she spent over 10 years as a performing art dancer. Yoga has always been a relaxing gateway to regain strength and peacefulness in her early ages and now from long-hour office work at Samsung. In the spring of 2013, Kelly received her yoga teacher certification with the training program at Yoga @ Cindy's. Her training mainly focused on vinyasa flow, core power yoga and yin yoga. Her class places an emphasis on core-centric balancing, breath, body alignment, creativity, and of course, enjoyment and thankfulness. Kelly likes to share the healthy mind, body and spirit with the Bay Area community.
I became a swimming trainer because it's my passion. I started swimming when I was just 10 years old, and I love yoga too.

Lead teacher trainer Mark Stephens has over 20 years experience in yoga, 15 years as a teacher and 13 years as a teacher trainer. With an extensive background in education, curriculum, and group leadership, his outstanding guidance helps aspiring and experienced yoga teachers attain their greatest potential. In this eclectic, non-dogmatic program, you will learn all the skills to make you the best yoga teacher you can be. The best part of leading yoga teacher training is learning more and more about the practice every single day. It's a privileged job being able to work with motivated yoga students and teachers; each participant is inspiring and a source of new insight into yoga and life. Being able to share skills and knowledge culled from 20 years of practice and 15 years of teaching make this a tremendously satisfying job...less a job than a gift!
I am a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, with a foundation in dance and massage. I weave my dance background, a playful attitude, and love of movement into every Yoga class. As a teacher I aim to create space for my students to explore what brings them joy, freedom, and strength in both their practice and their lives. I offer private one-on-one and group classes. I especially love to teach outdoors - in the beautiful beaches and forests we're lucky enough to live near.
