Let me just start by mentioning I was requesting a cake out of the ordinary. "A Pumpkin flavored Wedding Cake!" Ms. Gemma was very excited to go outside the norm and take on the challenge! When we meet with Ms. Gemma for the tasting, my fiance and I we blown away with Gemma's cakes! Her presentation of the 3 flavors she brought were very creative and not to mention were all very moist and delicious. She did request a fee for the tasting but we ended giving her more than she requested since we were so amazed with her work and knew she put a lot of time and TLC into them. Our favorite is the very berry peanut butter. Therefore we have asked her to add the peanut butter cake for the wedding so we can share and show off our new favorite baker! The best thing about Ms. Gemma is that if you want your cake sweeter or less sweet or any other changes, she welcomes your requests. If you are looking for someone who is easy to work with, puts TLC into her delicious cake and offers to custom make your cake inside and out for a great price, don't hesitate to contact Ms. Gemma! Thank you again Gemma We can't wait to see and taste our Wedding cake!
