- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the least expensive option around. I do not like to give free on site estimates, time and gas is valuable. Please know that Thumbtack charges us as soon as you reach out to us, so please be serious about your project and contact only two professionals at a time. My patio cover rates are from $7 to $10 per square foot for premanufactured. $15/Sq ft for custom plus materials, trip charges, administrative fees, dump fees etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Texting to ask when a good time speak by call would be. I normally charge for my time for an on-site estimate. Repeat clients will not be charged for on-site estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was trained by GAF, an innovative company and leader in the roofing industry, on their residential roofing installation techniques according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Certification was provided for attending their Roofing Academy. Continued education courses are available to me online in their website where I learn Commercial flat roof systems, and stay up to date on the latest products and methods. Was trained by Tuff Shed staff, and worked as an Independent Contractor installing their shed systems. Have worked with Lowe's as well, installing their shed kits for their clients. Received training from Four Seasons on their Patio Covers and Sunrooms. Have installed their systems for their clients.
