I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!

He did a fun and well paced yoga session by the pool for our group. There was a good mixture of both challenging poses and easier things. He was accommodating of all levels as we had folks in the group who had never done yoga before.
I really liked that David asked the level of massage I would like: easy, medium or hard. I asked for medium-hard. I also liked that he was fair and balanced in that he massaged the right side exactly as he did the left side. I will be going back to him. I highly recommend David.

I offer beginner to advanced yoga instruction in and around Irvine, CA. I have my 200-hour certification from Lex Gillan at The Yoga Institute in Houston, TX. Having grown up doing gymnastics (as well as volleyball, soccer, basketball, track, crew), I started doing yoga 15 years ago for injury and pain management.
