I've met with a number of personal trainers, and it's exceedingly difficult to find someone that's friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. George is all of those things. I meet with him twice a week. He pushes me hard every single time. I highly recommend working with George.
Baron is an amazing personal trainer because he not only tailors workouts to a person's individual needs, but he makes sure that you're doing them properly. I've been working with him for the past 4 months and I've noticed such remarkable changes in my body's tone and core structure. I was a fish out of water at first, but with Baron's guidance I now feel stronger and more confident in the gym. He always pushes me to try my hardest, and keeps me motivated, which has meant a lot to me! Baron is knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping people reach their goals.
After years and years of wanting to have a personal trainer, I always pushed it off. But something about turning 25 was a wake up call for me. So I made the plunge and did my research and looked into plenty of Personal Trainers but none of them really stood out. It wasn't until using this service and Anthony reaching out to me is a very fast manner that I took the opportunity to meet with him. Let's just say after a quick 15 min phone call and getting to know one another, I was hooked and ready to go. I started my training session on Monday and for someone who really hasn't stepped foot in a GYM or lifted weights, Anthony understands that and works to your level. During the 30 min workout (which felt longer at times haha) he was with me every step of the way, motivating and encouraging me to complete my sets. It has truly been the best investment I have ever made and look forward to accomplishing my goals. You won't go wrong with God's Gym & Anthony as your trainer. This guy knows his stuff!
I've worked with a few personal trainers over the years and I have to say that hands down, Evan is the best trainer I have ever worked with. I started working out with Evan over a year ago. I have chronic low back pain, and had just had a procedure that was meant to reduce swelling and allow me to exercise more and strengthen my core. I had been doing physical therapy for awhile, but found that the workouts were too mellow, and I didn't really notice any improvement in my core strength. My wife had actually been working out with Evan for a few months and she recommended I try a few workouts with him. Evan has been amazing. The workouts are intense and challenging. He focuses on doing intervals of a quick series of strengthing exercises, with a burst of cardio in between sets that keeps your heart rate elevated for the entire workout. Given my back issues, he is very good about checking in to make sure he is not stressing or straining my lower back (or any other injury I might have picked up). I have noticed dramatic improvement in my core strength and overall fitness in my time with Evan. He also has been willing to email me personalized workouts I can do on my own for days when I'm not working out him. I agree with all the other posts here -- 5 stars. Evan is great.
Gerard, is a great personal trainer. I just started with him. He showed me support and pushed me when I needed it. We also chatted about goals and all the goals we came up with are ery reasonable. Please consider him as your trainer you won't be sorry! 💪🏼
Aaron is awesome personal trainer. His session is not only assist training, but also eating habits, way of stretch and so on. These are very helpful for me. Usually, session with him in a outside park. It is a very excited and fun. If you are finding personal trainer, I will strongly recommend Aaron!

I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. I feel very confidant in his ability to help me. I also know he will keep me free from injury. He exceeded my expectations. It was the best experience I've had with any personal trainer.

John/fast pace PT is the third personal training service I have used, after having two other personal trainers. Xavier is just what I needed! I wasn't ready to workout in a gym setting, so I Googled personal trainers that would come out to my home. One of the results was Thumbtack, so I filled out my needs and goals. I got 2 emails with trainers that could come to me and out of the 2 results, Xavier stood out. His many years of experience in the fitness industry sold me. Also reviews from clients showed me that he was no joke, the real deal! I have a few pieces of equipment at home already but he brings other equipment that we utilize. He has a positive attitude, he stresses not to get down on myself, very motivational and doesn't let me quit. I have a few imbalances in my body structure and he has been able to adapt/accommodate and we are working on them. I've had 8 sessions with him so far and plan to continue to work with him. I definitely recommend him!
Finding a personal trainer is easy, but finding one that you get along with is difficult. I have had hired different personal trainers in the past, but I never clicked with them. My past personal trainers were dry and not present. As for Harold, he gives his full attention on your form and execution. He even informs you which muscles you're suppose to be using, so you are aware that you're using the right muscles. He's very knowledgeable of nutrition and body mechanics. I definitely enjoy working with him!
It's an exceptional experience to have someone be "team you" from the moment you meet them. Kenny is your number one supporter and your greatest challenger from the moment you commit to your journey. He definitely has the knowledge and the experience to get you to your fitness and health goals, but he has the heart too. You may not "like" him all the time but you will love your results if you trust this trainer and his process
Gretchen is kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. She knows how to motivate her clients in a positive and warm way. I have truly enjoyed working with her. She took my needs and abilities into consideration and plans workouts based on those factors. I would recommend her highly and without reservation to anyone looking for a trainer.
I've been training with David for about 5 weeks now. I decided to train with David initially because I felt like he listened to my goals and he sounded like he had a lot of experience. He was the first person I interviewed but I remembered that he was the most humble and down to earth, and I had a feeling I'd be comfortable training with him. All the men trainers I interviewed talked to me like I had two brain cells, and I found David to be the most up front and honest. My goal is to lose weight, tone up and to strengthen my left shoulder for outrigger canoeing. So far, I am noticing a huge difference with my left shoulder. Its stronger and it no longer bothers me when I go paddling or perform certain exercises. Its still not 100% in strength but has gotten a lot stronger through training. All our sessions are pretty different and varied. I never know what to expect from David, which is good. I get bored at the gym because I love the outdoors, but David keeps it interesting. David pushes me when he thinks I'm slacking off, which often times, he is mostly right about.... I need someone to push me or I will slack off, which is probably a good reason to hire a trainer. David goes out of his way to make it work for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I can tell by the excellent service he provides for his clients. My personal belief is that its important to practice what you preach, and David is a trainer that is in great physical condition, and knows what he is doing. I personally did not want to hire a personal trainer at the local gym that looked like they needed training themselves... I highly recommend David as a personal trainer. Due to his diverse background, I believe he would be a great fit for many.
Cassie is an amazing personal trainer - she will help you reach goals that you never thought were possible. She also has a strong focus on nutrition which is always at least 80% of the goal. Cassie helped me lose 25+lbs and I've been able to maintain it. Train with her and listen to her, and follow everything she says down to every detail, and you'll get results - but remember you have to put in the actual work!
Jason has been a god sent! He's very punctual, professional, and cares about your goals. I've hired past personal trainers on thumbtack and have been disappointed after a month. I have been working out with Jason for the past few months and it's been the perfect match!
So far we have met 3 times. 2 on exercise training, 1 for a massage. And, he is right on cue! I pat myself on the back to have made the right choice (for my first time ever) to have a personal trainer. I won't add any photos (yet) but, in a couple of months, (I'm sure) I'll be able to share the "before" and "after"...photos.
Cindy's experience and professionalism really shows during our first consultation and workout. Cindy addressed my muscle imbalance with my hips and shoulders. After 3 sessions with Cindy, I've already started feeling some improvements with my movements. Her workouts are challenging. She knows when to push me when I needed and adjust to my needs. I like her coaching and positive encouragement and a good personality. I've sample 4 other trainers before meeting with Cindy. All 4 trainers put me through the same workout right away with benching & squats. Cindy was different and I was sold right away.
I really enjoy working with Herman. He is very engaging during the training. Herman will motivate and push you beyond your limit that you didn't even know you are capable of. He focuses on what your goals and your needs are and adjust the workout or meal prep to help achieve it. He is also very responsive and flexible with my capabilities. He will adjust the workout to my needs, my range of motions, and my injuries. When my wrists are acting up, he will alter the exercise and accommodate to my limitations. Not only is he a personal trainer, he is also a friend who cares about how I'm doing in life. He would check up on me on how my injuries are doing or if I'm sore from the workouts. He'll also give me suggestions on how to alleviate the pain or tells me how to stretch to help my soreness. Overall, I am really satisfied with Herman and I am really seeing results!!
Matt is working with me twice a week on strength training especially for my core. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He is patient yet on each machine or exercise he frequently asks me if I can go up on weight, stretch further, etc. He creates a varied routine for me & I enjoy the sessions. Matt is always looking out for my safety & guides me as to proper form. He always takes into account my specific weak areas. He is flexible w scheduling. I've worked with three very good trainers however, I feel I've made the most progress toward my goals with Matt. I look forward to my sessions with Matt & my mind/body feel good when I go home. I know I'm in good, professional, experienced hands.
