Bruce was the best. He was ON TIME!!! He had a long commute with traffic, but still called and made it. He kept his promise to the $$ amount he quoted me. Even when I did not have the right sink/part, he came to the Home Depot with me to get/advise of the things I needed. Even when Home Depot, didnt have what I needed, he called a local contractors only store and they had exactly what I needed. He was very neat, clean, friendly and professional, but most of all, HONEST!! Price was great, The only down side....There is so much more I want him to do now Im not sure where to begin. I will use him again and refer him to others.
Amin is the best handyman I have ever hired his response was quick and he was able to accommodate my schedule. He performed several repairs and installations in my plumbing and electrical needs. He left my home after cleaning up after the work was done. I highly recommend him!
Manny and his brothers were all very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job on our plumbing repair. I believe that we made the right choice using Allstar Rooter.
I really appreciate this guy. No fancy trucks, uniforms or answering machines telling you that you are "special and appreciated." I don't need my plumber to be a therapist who makes me feel warm and then charges me $300 for a $110 plumbing job. I need a great plumber. Juan is a great plumber! Juan is friendly, down to earth, professional and punctual and charges a reasonable fee. He did a great job at a good price. HIRE HIM!
I hired All In One Plumbing & Drains to clean out a stopped up bathroom drain in a rental unit. Mike came out, cleared the line, and cleaned up thoroughly. He even installed the new parts with no labor charge. Although they are a newly formed company, their personnel are pros. I was impressed with their work and their pricing.
I would highly recommend this contractor/business to anyone interested in their AC services. From the start of negotiations, through he final install, Tommy (owner) was professional and informative on walking me through the entire system. Along with that, he and his crew of workers were very kind and patient with me and my family members during their entire visit and installation process. Again, this company represents professionalism to the tee!
Charles & his team are the best contractors I've ever worked with. Even on a tight deadline, they got everything done right. A real pleasure to work with. Will be the first person I call in the future.
Was very efficient and completed the job very well. Arrived as stated ready to work. These are qualities seen in professional contractors. Price quoted before work began. Good experience.
As a contractor I'm particular about other contractors. I've also had a number of plumbers out to the house and have never called the same one back twice. Anthony will be the first I will call back. Super nice guy, prompt, and easy to contact. The price was also equal to or better than the other plumbers I've called. He got to the house and had the drain unclogged in no time. This is after I used my own snake, then went out and rented a 50' electric snake from Home Depot, spent hours on the drain, and finally gave up and called Anthony. I would highly recommend him for your drainage, hot water heater, most of your plumbing needs.
My project was taking out a sink/faucet/disposer set and reinstalling the disposer and new sink and faucet set. The thing that some of the contractors said was that one couldn't install around granite, so I was a bit prepared for damage to my countertop, which was not at all desired. Not a scratch. A few unexpected challenges in that my existing disposer was too big for the piping and the piping required an adjustment, but he had some fittings in truck, so no delay. One of the parts I ordered did not arrive on time so he is coming back to hook that flange up. 1. He was precisely on time and emailed to say how far away he was. 2. Arrived neat and professional with his shoe coverings already on before entering my home 3. knew what he was talking about 4. adapted to surprises 5. most important, got along well with my dog, who supervised the entire project and approved.
The job was handled in a professional and prompt manner. Everyone should consider MorningStar Plumbing if they have a plumbing issue. We highly recommend them.
This was my first time using Pro Appliance Installers. They are THE BEST contractors we have worked with in our kitchen renovation. They were ON TIME, worked hard (700+ lb refrigerator) and very friendly. The price was very competitive and the follow up was great! Does it sound like I'm gushing? I AM. I will definitely use them again and refer anyone who asks!
Toni from Astro Plumbing did a great job installing a hot water recirculation system! He was on time, professional and he explained everything he was doing. We would definitely contact him again for any other home plumbing service we may need.
I was told by the Gas Company and another plumber that I had a gas leak. My first plumber gave me what seemed like a very high estimate to locate the leak and repair it. He had no idea where the leak was. Don from New Line Plumbing came to my home last week and spent several hours here. He could not find the leak and suggested I contact a company called Pinpoint. After spending several hours, Don did not ask for a payment or send me an invoice. Pinpoint came this morning and within an hour were able to locate the exact location of the leak. Don was here also. Don at New Line explained where the leak and was and gave me two different choices: a cheap version or a more expensive version to repair it. I chose to do the job right; this involves replacing about 100 feet of pipes under my house. Don and two guys that work for him were here all day. They need to return tomorrow to finish the job. His estimate for the repair was slightly lower than the first plumber. I'm confident he knows what he's doing and the repair will be done right. I would recommend Don and I plan to use him again for all plumbing repairs.
Flores Constructions did some exterior paint work, plumbing and some bathroom kitchen installations. They are absolutely professionals, good work ethics, good attitude and always keep things in the clear. I'm hiring them back for more work in the future for sure.
George and his team did a kitchen, laundry room and dining room remodel as well as our electrical panel and plumbing for us and it turned out great! We went from a 70's kitchen that was completely gutted to a beautiful up-to-date kitchen. George and his team knew what they were doing and did it well. Thank you George, Danny, Greg, Edgar and Gilbert! Patty M.
Fausto put in track lighting and checked plumbing issues throughout the house. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He tried to save me money by making minor adjustments instead of replacing valves and tanks. I was extremely happy with his service!
I am a professional Painting Contractor and have been working in the construction industry for many years . When I need a licensed plumber to install a new Kitchen faucet with new angle stop Valves in my beach front condo I contacted Tom, he and his crew did a greater Job, they were on time, they were professional, easy to work with and gave me a the best value.
Scope - replace hallway floors (due to slight flooding/leak); gut reno one of the bathrooms; customize hallway closet(s). Pros: - Contractor was prompt to respond and quick to commence the job - Joe and his team are very professional - Quality of work is good - It is apparent that State Wide has a Subject Matter Expert for every aspect of the reno (different folks for plumbing, carpentry, tiles, flooring). Most likely 3rd parties but pros nonetheless. - flexible payment structure (also accepts CCs) Cons: - Execution was very slow; perhaps Joe's team was focused on bigger projects (it was mentioned on a few occasions) and it was apparent that our reno was not prioritized. - there were items that should have been spec'd out and ordered as to avoid delays (e.g. floor should have been matched on day1, subway tiles etc..). Numerous days were wasted as the team was waiting on the materials - my biggest frustration with the reno was the lack of empathy and accountability. Excuses/justifications were presented instead of just owning up to the significant delay (work was supposed to be executed in 10-14 days max; it took 30 days). It would have been completely fine if the delay was communicated properly instead of us hounding the team. Overall, we are happy with the renovation.
We had just bought a new house and wanted to renovate a bedroom and bathroom that had not been permitted by the previous owner. We hired Ronald Butler and his crew because out of all the contractors we interviewed, he seemed the most knowledgeable and apt to delivering the services we were looking for. From the outset of the renovation, it was clear that our new home was going to need much more work than we anticipated. The discoveries we made when opening up walls, prompted us to change our scope of work. We were now facing new electrical, plumbing, foundation, roofing, and flooring among other things. My wife and I were nervous about the changes because of the financial ramifications, and with two small children, the impact it will have on our living conditions for the next several months. Fortunately for us, we found the right contractor. Ronald's no nonsense advice, professional guidance and expert workmanship has made this process a lot more manageable than we thought. The project included in addition to the aforementioned scope: new floor plan, new HVAC, new tankless water heater, high efficiency appliances for a new kitchen, solar tubes, new electrical sub-panels, two new bathrooms, with new tub, all new fixtures, toilets and sinks, new laundry room, energy efficient recessed lighting throughout the house, new copper piping, gas piping, new electrical conductors, recepticles and switches, new windows, interior and exterior doors, new drywall and paint, new insulation, and a new 400 square foot deck. There were many challenges throughout this project, and Ronald and his crew met and overcame each one in a timely fashion, with courtesy and professional tact. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have found Ronald. He has not only delivered us a completely renovated home, that meets all of our contemporary criteria with all the new energy efficient home options, but he has also given us peace of mind and security for us and our children in an ideal home for many years to come. ....photos coming soon.
It was an all around good experience with Maddox plumbing. They were diligent and able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly. They took their time to explain the cause and like their work guarantee. We would use them again when them need arises.
