We have been basketball training since 1989! We train from ages of 6 and up, and from beginner to pro level. We have club teams from ages of 9 to 18. We do scouting and filming of players and evaluations. We are connected to everyone in the game of basketball. Our elite players all get college scholarships, and go to junior college or prep school.
I specialize in functional and sports performance training. I'm an NASM certified master, and I train most of my clients in different parks in the Beverly Hills area. I use TRX bands, dumbbells, resistance bands, hurdles, their own body weight, a medicine ball and a physioball to get my clients in the best shape of their lives.
