Bryan is amazing. He responded to my request immediately and came to our place same day. We had a different plumber previously come who didn’t throughly look at our water line to figure out the issue and left with no resolution. Bryan was patient and spent time troubleshooting to identify the problem and provide a few different options for solutions. We will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs.

Moises came out for an estimate, he gave me some options of what I could do and looked for ways to save me money. Moises later performed the kitchen plumbing work (installing a faucet, garbage disposal, gas line, refrigerator water line). All the work was done quickly and professionally, Moises agreed to follow up should I have any problems. I would certainly hire Moises again.

Would have given 5/5 if it were possible! A Monday am call which I felt would be a low priority. Very responsive within an hour of my 8am call. Appointment job and completed within the first 3 hours. Was super communicative about his processes. Was prompt and fast. Plumbing issue so it was important for any work being done would be clean and sanitary. Exceeded my expectations and cost did not exceed my initial quote. Maurice is highly recommended.

Came into to clean up after our HOA plumber left us with residual dross in our pipes from a water main burst debacle and water heater closet drywall repair .
Told us the job had not been completed. The HOA plumber also failed to strap the water heater properly.
JR Plumbing came in removed all the dross from our faucets filters. Now,they are running with a excellent amount of water pressure!
We were two weeks without hot water and an additional weekend with clogged faucets.

Marc saved us at 10pm at night - our kitchen sink/dishwasher wer backing up, and they share the same sewer line as the bathtub on the second floor. Once I took a bath my wife told me that the kitchen was raining, and water was all in the cabinets. Marc was able to come and work until midnight unclogging two sewer drains, and diagnosed why the bathtub was leaking. He told me that I could attempt to repair the bathtub plumbing on my own since i'm pretty handy, or he could come back and do it. Super reliable

I hired Luis from LG Plumbing to clear three clogged drains in my home. Although he arrived later than the scheduled appointmenr, he communicated the delay and showed up exactly when he said he would, which I appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he resolved the problem with minimal fuss.
The only downside was that the cost was a bit higher than the average prices quoted on Thumbtack. However, the plumber’s professionalism and quality of work made up for it. After the job was completed, a minor leak appeared. I contacted him, and he promptly returned to fix it at no extra charge. Overall, a positive experience with good communication and reliable service.

This was my first time using Thumbtack. I have had terrible experiences with 3 contractors in the past, so I was a little hesitant in using someone from an online service. I had a bathtub faucet leak that seemed to have gotten worse from the day before. I communicated with Juan that night and he came out the next morning. Juan is very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He completed the work in about 2 hours (that included going to purchase the needed parts) and cleaned up as well. He took a look at my sprinkler system on his way out; wow! I will definitely use Juan Moreno Plumbing again and would highly recommend him to anyone who asks. I'll post again once the sprinkler system is repaired.

Tony is one of those exceptional human beings that you only come across every so often in life. From the first moment he arrived on the property and he let my daughter follow him around using his flashlight I knew we would hire him. He did a thorough investigation into our plumbing issue, more so than any of the other plumbers, and gave us so much honest information (trust me, we got many quotes and many people lied to us!) He was immediately available several months later when we contacted him to set up our appliances, even when we kept changing the start date. He is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is willing to take on any problem and never complains. We worked with many sub-contractors on this project and it is a difficult thing to find! Our family is so grateful to him for helping us complete our rental unit so quickly and that everything looks beautiful and is working perfectly. Thank you, Tony!!!
