My yoga session with Olivia went better than I ever could have imagined. Olivia was prompt in replying to my request for information. She was easy to schedule with. She emailed me a little form in advance so I could communicate my goals, experience, comfort level, etc. She arrived on time bringing mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, all the supplies needed for a beginner. I immediately felt comfortable with her. We spent a few minutes discussing yoga, expectations, etc. Olivia had prepared a routine or set of poses (she had another name for this but I can't remember it off the top of my head). It was challenging but not to the point that I felt it was too much or that I was in over my head. She encouraged me to stretch a little more if I could, explained why stretching and twisting is good for the body, and always focused on breathing. She'd make adjustments if I wasn't in proper position and I could notice the difference immediately. I enjoyed the music and the pace of the class very much. She has a pleasant voice that I found relaxing to listen to as she guided me through the routine. I can't wait for my next session!
