Abby was set up on a two-month program with me and once we started training, the transformation had begun! She consistently worked out 4-5 times a week and followed the plan I had given her. On top of the workouts, she maintained a healthy diet by following her macro count and nutrition guidance. Abby made sure to stay on top of her cardio program as well, which was 3-4 times a week, including some HIIT (high-intensity interval training) cardio. She is so driven, and has put a lot of effort into her fitness journey. She began to have more energy and strength, wore a bigger smile on her face, and had more confidence. With her positive mindset and dedication to the workout program, she has dropped 15 pounds.
I am so happy that I could help her with her transformation, and guide her throughout the experience. The greatest part is that this is only the beginning of her fitness journey! We are still training to this day, and she continuously strives to be better. I am so excited to see what goals she can achieve and how far she can go!
