So girls were late getting here, but it actually gave me more time to pickup stuff for them. They showed up with all equipment. We exchanged instructions and I walked them through the house which is a large house. I was under the impression that the first visit was clean till it’s clean. But that is not what the girls said. Two hour for 160.00. I thought that was too high but made a smaller list of things to clean so at least that much could get done. I had to go to work and when I returned to pay them they were still working. They managed to get almost everything clean except two bedrooms that we not high priority. So they cleaned a kitchen, living room, family room, two bedrooms and three full baths. So overall I think they did a great job. I will hire them again.

We are selling our house and being 7 months pregnant I hired them to clean before going on the market. They dusted half of the blinds, there were shelves here and there that weren’t wiped and they didn’t bother to wipe down the stainless steel appliances among other little things. We told them take all the time they needed to clean the house meaning we didn’t say “do whatever four hours get us”. They came back a second time to finish the cleaning. But even after the second time I had to go back and finish up some areas. However the biggest problem was they wiped the finish/protective coating off the metal master shower assembly. I had to buy a new one and was told I would be reimbursed for the new shower assembly but was stood up when we were supposed to meet. They were friendly but didn’t have attention to detail and used improper cleaning supplies on the metal surfaces.

All we can say that it was the worst service we have ever had. We told him detailed cleaning through the whole house, which was never done. He said he would have a crew and he was the only one that showed up.It took us days to clean up after him. He also charged us $750.00 and it was maybe a $250.00 job. Very unsatisfied. I recently decided to book a cleaning with Zoklean and had some initial reservations based on the nature of cleanings I have received from this website, nice cleaners but whenever I decided to give another person a chance they either try to up sell the job by basing the cleaning off time. I don’t know about you, but I would like to pay for a cleaning once without getting hustled into spending more money. That is one of the factors that I liked about Zoklean is they claim to work on a job until it is finished properly with no more charges. I was also tired of paying in cash or check and a few cleaners lost my information before, I thought that using an app that makes this whole process easier. It sounded cool but I still had reservations, because I base my overall experience off the work a company performs and I noticed the only negative reviews this company has are from people that didn’t get there service? I decided to give them the opportunity to prove me wrong.. I decided to download the free booking app, worked great was able to finalize my booking in seconds and it automatically picked up my exact property square footage, location and image of my place… thought all that was very cool! Still had my reservations, its obvious this is a family business because Claudia, the girl in the profile picture, showed up with her husband. They were the cleaners many of the 5 star reviews talked about. I’ve had many cleaners show up without a vacuum or specific cleaning equipment and they came fully equipped and ready for battle. I could tell they were very experienced, they split up and began working on separate parts of the house. Their motions were extremely efficient and I was very pleased. When someone comes with some vinegar and cheap cleaning products and makes a rushed attempt to clean your house it becomes insulting. They brought specialized cleaning products for each type of surface or material. Stainless steel, granite, oven cleaner, etc. They managed to remove some buildup from the oven that I thought would never come out and I even contemplated buying a new one, but they brought that oven back to life. I have a large dog with a lot of hair and was concerned about my couch and love seat because of all the excess hair that was left behind, yet they had a specialized vacuum just for that purpose. My couches look amazing now and they still didn’t charge anything extra because of the extra work. Not sure I am the only one, but I am very meticulous about mirrors and windows and usually cleaners leave streaks. I was surprised to not find one streak on any of the mirrors or windows and this makes me very happy. The result was nothing short of miraculous, my place had never been this clean and immediately begun a weekly service. This was also set up through the app easily.

Update: Wow. Even better, you're going to act as if I didn't know what my house looked like and that my husband and I do not talk or that I wasn't in then cleaning and moving things out before you arrived. He tipped the cleaners $40 because they aren't the ones who set the prices, and they did a good job. But he was shocked at the upcharge, especially after, again, being almost 3 hours late. Also, when were you going to tell me you were quoting me based on 1-hour of cleaning? The first conversation said "Our professionals work in teams of 3-4 and in most cases are done within 2 hours," the second said "approximately 1-1.5 hour," and finally you decided it should only take 1 hour - without telling me - and then charge me for more than that? At your stated rates, the extra 30 minutes over 1.5 hours at $30 / person for a team of 3-4 should have been at most $60, which would have made the total at full price less than what you had charged, never mind being 3 hours late. The conversation I had with my husband was had over text, would you like screenshots? What exactly is "normal condition"? There was dirt and small bits of things on the floors in 2 of the rooms from moving things and stuff that had fallen behind the desks over the years. These could have been swept and trashed in less than 5 minutes. We hosted events regularly, and sweeping and wiping down every inch of the entire living room and kitchen floor with microfiber cloths, by hand, never took more than 20 minutes by myself. That's the majority of the square footage of the house. It should have been even easier with a mop. Both the front living room and the den had been previously mopped on Monday and only had dirt from the move so only needed to be swept. The bathroom is scrubbed down every 2 weeks. So, that leaves the remaining focus area as the kitchen, which was the most used and the dirtiest. Are you saying the *entire* home was not in "normal condition" due to the kitchen? Other cleaning services for a move-out deep clean include wiping down all flat surfaces and the insides of cupboards as a normal part of the service. Yours didn't even have it on the checklist, and he had to ask for it. ----- Original review: First cleaning was great. Had a move-in cleaning at the new place, and they were on time and got done early. Though the place honestly was not that dirty, and we had a carpet cleaner come in separately to clean the carpets, so they didn't need to worry about the carpets in any of the 3 rooms. Second cleaning - move out at our old place. Not only were they late, they didn't call until they were *already* late, not beforehand saying that they were running late. Cleaning was scheduled for noon. They ETA'd 12:45. Not only did they not make it at 12:45, they didn't make it until 2:45. That's almost 3 hours late. Furthermore, in the original quote, they said they work in teams of 3-4 and estimate the job to be done in 1.5-2 hours. Later on they said they expect it to be done in 1-1.5 hours, and charge $30 more per hour. Mind you - this is AFTER I had already agreed to book them. So in the end they ended up taking 2 hours but said they had estimated only 1 hour, so they charged me $200 - apparently with a $40 discount for being 2 hours and 45 minutes late. When you quote differently before and after, that's not an actual discount. When you go from a 1.5-2 hour job estimate to a 1-1.5 hour estimate, and then charge extra for anything over 1 hour, that's some shady business practices right there.
