Introduction: Hello!
My name is Jaime Aria and I would love to share my love of movement with you in a way that makes YOU the most comfortable.
I am currently only accepting remote classes via ZOOM. But don't fret! These classes are highly personalized as extra time is spent getting to know you and your body. Let's not only work on the physical practice of yoga / strength training/ Pilates, but also truly dive into why our bodies feel the way the do. With these virtual classes I provide extra time and care that was once spent driving from location to location. In addition to an hour long class, I spend up to 10 minutes on the front and back end discussing all the little things going on in your body that day. After the class I provide a write up of the postures and flow we did for you to practice on your own.

If you are interested in combining yoga with weights and cardio training, I'm your girl! These classes are designed to make you strengthen your mind and your body! As always, this class is customized to you and your needs.
Yoga has the power to be incredibly transforming for your mind and body, however, there are limitations in taking a studio class. My classes are designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated by stretching, toning, and challenging YOUR body!
Students can expect a custom program to fit their specific needs and goals. Over the past 7 years, I have worked as an instructor in studios, corporate offices, gyms, and private settings. I have two 200 hour RYT Yoga Certifications- One in Power Yoga (hot and sweaty), and the other in Anusara Yoga (therapeutic alignment). In addition, I am also certified in a yoga-based workout that uses weights.
