My name is Kevin O'Donoghue, and I am the owner of K.O.D. Construction. We provide quality, custom residential construction and renovation that efficiently meets our clients' vision. Put simply, if you are looking for someone to help transform your property into your dream home, you've come to the right place.
We carry out your kitchen, bath, or other home remodeling projects to make over the existing space into your beautiful, personalized, and functional custom space.

We hired Kevin to reframe a door (taking it from a double- to single door). Kevin clearly thought through the process before beginning work, obviously cares very much about the quality of his finished product, and even came back to personally finish off a couple of initial minor imperfections in the finishing/painting process (done by a third party). Appreciate Kevin's thoughtfulness and dedication to getting the job done right/well.

I hired KOD to install a pocket door, add some recessed shelves, and balance the sink in my bathroom. They also added a pantry and cabinet in my kitchen. Kevin and his team did outstanding work. The price that he quoted was very fair and the project did not go over budget. KOD was professional, punctual, and flexible (the graciously accommodated my schedule). I found Kevin and his team to be honest and hardworking. My unit is in a very old building with odd and non-standard walls, yet Kevin and his team were able to adjust and complete the work without any delays. Thanks to his workmanship, my bathroom and kitchen now has more space and storage. I look forward to working with KOD on any new projects in the future and would definitely recommend them.

Kevin 'Ko' did a great job. He arrived on time was professional and courteous and was able to troubleshoot as needed. He possessed very good level of skill and it was obvious he was experienced in his craft. I would gladly hire him again

We worked with Kevin on remodeling our bathroom, and Kevin was very easy to work with. The good: He took care of all the organization and always let us know what we need to do next. There was always something being done and we always saw the movement, the workers showed up when announced and we could tell they knew what they were doing. What could have been even better: Some of the work took longer than estimated (due to our apartment being in an old building and walls and floor not being leveled), and we could tell that this tired out the team, leading to a few smaller mistakes that could have been avoided. Overall we are very happy with the result though!

Old single wall oven had to be replaced and the original cabinet cutout needed to be enlarged vertically. He did a nice clean job.
