I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

I am not one that ever considered Yoga. Always thought “This definitely isn’t for me or my answer”. But having so many ailments to my body and having trouble working out at the gym because of them, I decided what the heck I’ll give it a try. Bri understood my ailments and she thoughtfully planned out my sessions. She is very thorough, patient, and very motivating. Being asked to describe Johanna's knowledge in the fitness industry and more importantly, how she translates that knowledge into her clients specific needs and goals is almost like asking one to describe every single star on a mid summer night. There is simply too many, yet each unique it's own way. Johanna has been working with me for 3+ years now working on my yoga practice. And to say the least, she gave a TOTALLY diffrent perspective on the practice itself. Johanna created a yoga practice that was simply perfect. It was designed SPECIFICALLY for my health, flexibility, and fitness level. Johanna's main accomplishment within my practice is her ability to demonstrate the importance of my breathing technique in ease with focusing on the importance of my motion to go along with my breath. Johanna is truely the brightest star in the sky. Not just on the first session, not on the second, but every single session she teaches because she assures you receive 100% dedication. Johanna works effortlessly within the classroom as well as home to assure her clients receive the best training possible in order for ALL her clients to acheive their goals. I highly reccomend Johanna and personally consider having johanna as a trainer a privledge and look forward to training with her for many years to come.

Madi is an EXCELLENT yoga instructor! She’s has planned my workouts with my weakness & strengths in mind, as I️ grow with time & experience. She is flexible with our appointment times in case of conflicts with scheduling.. She has that “Yoga” knowledge of all the poses and also interjects different styles in our workouts. From Vinyasa Flow to some Kindelini! I LOVE her zen & spiritual positivity that she brings to her teaching. She truly lives in that mindset! Very refreshing and relaxing. I already have gained flexibility & strength and muscle tone ,as I continue my private workouts. The largest importance of having private Yoga instruction, is having someone make sure of how you do your poses & that your positioning is correct so injuries can be AVOIDED. It is easy to take a group class and possibly injure yourself because you aren’t doing the correct pose. It’s so hard for an instructor to see how each member of a class is actually performing. Also in privates, you can move in levels of experience at your own pace, and have CUSTOM WORKOUTS based on ones needs. Possibly wanting an ENERGETIC workout to a STRENGTH or RESTORATIVE if needed for sore or achy muscles. I’m ADDICTED to this private class! Hard to give up when each workout can be customized as I️ grow!! TRY THIS INSTRUCTOR! So awesome !!
I’ve been seeing Meghan for about 9 months now and I’m amazed by the results! I am currently in the best shape of my life because of her quality training! I have abs and biceps!! Started with Gil to balance yoga and weight training. He's very easy to work with and was always prepared with workout plans to help me progress. Over the 20 sessions I grew more comfortable doing handstands without relying on a wall.
GREAT yoga & reiki experience
Began cardio workouts April 2015 twice per week, my goal was weight loss and staying in shape. It is now October and my weight is down 31 lbs and my body is much better shape..very pleased. I am so happy to have her help and support. I am 77 years young..
Tricialee is an amazing, caring instructor. I have had her for both private and group Pilates classes, and I get an excellent workout. She’s so attentive and remembers where you’re at to give you personalized tips every time. Highly recommend!
