My pricing is monthly type membership and it's based on training 1, 2 or 3 x per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview 10-20min, free in person 1h consultation and then we discuss the ongoing program based on the fitness level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
masters degree in kinesiology, ISSA certified trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, weightlifting coach.
