Introduction: I am a licensed physical therapist and a strength & conditioning coach. I understand what it takes for one to reach their fitness or performance goals, and am able to deal with or prevent injury and movement dysfunction using my medical background. My goal is to be a one stop shop for anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and performance.
I also walk the walk, as I train 6 days per week as a competitive Olympic weightlifter; and have competed in such sports as D-1 American football, track & field, Crossfit, and powerlifting.
