Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

Mark is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer. I tried for many years to get rid of my cellulite around my hips, stomach and thighs. I hired other fitness trainers that were unable to help me. Let me tell you I worked really hard with the other trainers. Blood, sweat and tears and I still had cellulite. I continued to work out by myself 3 to 4 times a week; lifting weights, jogging etc. I still could not get rid of my cellulite. It was not until I met Kathleen. WOW! THE BEST TRAINER I'VE HAD! Jessie's professionalism began with a detailed quote right from the beginning, compared to other quotes I received which didn't include a price whatsoever (which leads me to believe they are trying to lure me in, I'm in sales and know the tactics). A little about myself, I have a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Jessie showed me techniques and exercises I didn't know existed. Right off the bat, I was surprised with his extensive knowledge. I have trained with personal trainers at Equinox who don't even come close to what Jessie can do. Not to mention, he was a lot of fun and kept me interested the entire time. He obviously knows what he's doing, just look at him! My only advice to you is.. hire him! You will never find any trainer like Jessie! ~Victoria

I've tried a few different personal trainers at big gyms over the years, but none as great as Steve. He pushes you hard and motivates you in a positive way. He's a great conversationalist and every workout is different so it's never boring. Steve is knowledgeable about everything fitness related and customizes his plan for you -- even working through your diet and nutrition. One of the most important things that Steve does is always watches form to maximize results and prevent injury.

GOAT Fitness totally changed my attitude towards physical fitness. Rather than "exercise" at GOAT Fitness we TRAIN. Understanding the difference of a strength & conditioning PROGRAM like those offered at GOAT Fitness, compared to the exercise I did at my old personal training facility explains the difference in results. My old gym was pretty common to most "Exercise to the point of suffering while on a strict diet" I lost some weight. What my old gym did was made me dread my workouts, I was burned out, hungry, and unmotivated. Here the training sessions are physically demanding, but focused on strength goals, on pushing towards maximum performance rather than exhaustion. I've been a committed satisfied client for 6 months, I've lost 15 pounds, decreased my body fat from 26% to 19%, I went from a size 10 to a size 6. I finally found a personal trainer that knows the difference in working a woman's body vs. a man's and Greg Chappel is the guy thats helping me get my body back. He is incredibly encouraging, pushes me but knows my limits as I get stronger. I HIGHLY recommend Greg...plus he is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. Not only is he skilled in basic muscle-fitness training exercises, he also is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and how it correlates to the human metabolic system. He’s a true professional who has your best interest at heart. He is very sensitive to the needs you may have and will work with any limitations you might have. Very smart and motivating when it comes to personal fitness
They say that your body is your temple. After two years of going to school , my body became more like a tent. I never got quote unquote fat per se, but gone were the days of my being built like a brick house. Instead my muscles were getting soft and when I started to get the infamous arm jiggle in my wave, I knew I couldn't take it anymore. That's when I decided I needed someone to whip my butt back into shape and called Amanda with Ace Transformation. Amanda is an effective trainer. She is encouraging, kind and she listens to your needs. She's in your corner, she's your coach. She'll have you cursing her name during every flight of stairs you take after leg day. But I say all of this in a good way because she gives you the tough love you need to get back in there at your true fighting weight. I highly recommend her for all your fitness needs.
