I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Michelle has been great, very flexible with our schedules and changing choice of song after the first lesson. She has made it very easy for us as beginners to ease into learning our dance. She makes it fun, simple and gives us the elegant beautiful dance we were looking for on our wedding day.
Johanna has helped me throughout my weight loss journey. I've had the pleasure of doing one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions, zumba, and yoga with Johanna. Cara is by far one of the best yoga instructors I've had at Cal State Fullerton. She is always friendly and engages with the class, allowing us to relax and take joy in our practice. She offers a variety of alternatives for each pose, which allows everyone - beginner to advanced - to move at their own pace. I have definitely improved with certain poses, like crow, thanks to her help and suggestions. This is one class I hate to miss.

Full Circle Yoga has been a blessing in my life. Since finding this studio, I have been able to take a variety of healing yoga, meditation and reiki classes that they offer. All of the teachers are great and I can tell they were carefully selected. After taking just a few of Kristen's meditation classes, in which she provides gentle guidance and support throughout, I found I could more quickly relax and clear my mind, in addition to sitting still for several minutes at a time. Previously, these things were almost impossible for me. Also, after just a few months of yoga classes, I was surprised to find how much my strength and flexibility had increased. I absolutely adore everything about this studio, including the healthy food and products they have for sale!
Torrey is a great instructor. She gives off a very calming vibe, something that I find helpful for a beginner like myself. What keeps me coming back to the Sunday meetups is the support system from both Torrey and the rest of the group - I look forward to it every weekend!

I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Glenda Wood for almost a year now. I was a dedicated Bikram Yoga student for about three years when a sudden brain aneurysm changed the course of my life. When I was able to begin practicing yoga again, the universe somehow found this amazing woman for me to begin a whole new journey and understanding of yoga. From the moment one meets Glenda, it is evident that she has a beautiful energy that emanates from within her and she shares it with all who are willing to experience a peaceful, calm joy and centering of self. Glenda begins each class with a profound intention that is relevant to what's going on in the world around us, and often includes a quote or poem from timeless philosophers and yoga gurus, which she reflects upon throughout her class. I am amazed by her ability to teach yoga to a beginner, a person in the process of healing such as myself, and the advanced yogi, all in the same class! She does this so instinctually by going through various modifications of each pose, so that everyone gets the benefits from the pose at their necessary level. I personally have evolved in body, mind and soul through my practice under the guidance of Glenda Wood. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life and am grateful to Glenda because she has been an integral part of my journey to a healthier, happier me. I just hope that more people get to experience a yoga practice under her guidance. All it will take is one class to understand that she is a true healer and a very special spirit.

I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!

This is a separate review for my yoga classes with Annie. Yes! I have the honor of experiencing both yoga and energy healing with her. I’m a regular of Annie’s yoga classes, as well as her many other followers. With her hawk eyes and strong attention to detail, she won’t miss realigning and correcting your postures. This prevents so many injuries and also improves your practice. She will never push the newer students and is familiar with the levels of her regulars. You’ll definitely be sore after class but isn’t that why we go to yoga, for a physical and mental workout? :) She also plays the best music!!!
