Jonathan got me into incredible shape. I was out of shape and chubby prior to seeing Jonathan. Now I'm lean, stronger, and at a healthy weight. Also, he is a great martial arts and Krav Maga coach. I've been training Krav classes elsewhere but not getting the results I wanted. Now my punches, kicks, maneuvers, and techniques are on point.
I've had personal trainers in the past but none like Hugo. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about physical fitness. Jake is like this mutant that the UK had to get rid of because he was getting the general public in too good of shape! The government got nervous and relocated him to the USA in the fitness protection program! Take advantage of his skills!!

Hmmm... I'm not really sure how to write a review for this guy without sounding like a cheesy advertisement, but really, that's just how wonderful he was. I've been a long distance runner since I was 12 (I'm 26 now) and cardio has always been my preferred exercise. I've been plagued with injuries off and on for the last couple years so I decided I would give personal training a shot, learn how to sculpt and work out my body in a different way. I am so glad Manuk was up to the task. He sat me down and asked me exactly what I wanted to accomplish during our time together and what my long term goals were. He gave me an overview of what he thought the best plan was to meet these goals and always answered my persistent (and annoying) questions. One of my biggest problems with being in the gym and trying to convert to a healthier life style is accountability. I can work hard in the gym with Manuk three days a week, but it's the times that I wasn't with Manuk that made it hard because it was easy to "cheat". Manuk makes himself accessible to his clients. He encourages you to share apps such as my fitbit and my fitness pal to help with your nutrition, he encourages you to text him when you have questions... and I do mean any question. This guy even gave me tips on what booze would be least damaging to meeting my goals when it came time to go on vacation with my friends. The most helpful thing about Manuk, however, is how much he cares. There were times were I had personal things going on in my life that really affected my performance when I would meet with him, but he would be right there in that moment with me telling me he understands and encouraging me to use that in our work outs. And it worked. I, unfortunately, had to move 400 miles away for work and family, but I have yet to really click with any fitness instructor or trainer the way I did with Manuk. He's just that genuine (something I'm finding out is pretty hard to come by in this industry) and just that great.
Vinny is probably the most positive person I have ever met. Vinny is a great coach and has taught me a lot about how to really train hard. Vinny maximizes your workouts in ways i thought weren't possible. He shows great dedication in his work and has helped me with with my fitness training and getting my meal plans together. His work changes you for a lifetime, that's for sure.
Kim is the very best of the best with training, she is knowledgeable, fun, and encouraging. I look forward to the gym and her continuous energy and ability to motivate me. I love leaving the gym knowing I put in some good work. Kim listens to my concerns and tailors programs to fit my needs and hectic life. I have been working with Sandy for about two months. She has been fantastic to deal with. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and her work-outs kick butt!! Sandy has been very flexible in scheduling appointments and she is always on time. The sessions she has created for me have been an excellent mix of cardio, strength training, and AB work. None of the sessions have been boring! I highly recommend her services!!
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

My focus working with Sean has been injury prevention and functional movement training. He has been realistic with our planning, patient with my progress, and supportive of my goals. She is a very creative and motivated trainer and knows how to train others w some fun exercises. I don't like jogging or treadmill for that I have to do like 10-20minutes. So she came up w some fun cardios to make me forget that I am training. Well training is supposed to be fun, and by having fun and often times being pushed by her, I have been losing weight and gaining a toned body. She has dance, gymnastics, martial arts skills and she is capable of mixing those exercises into our sessions. Her nutrition knowledge is great as well. Been with her for about 3months already. She motivates me and tells me that I can achieve any!!
I have to say, I have been trained by different fitness instructors for several years and Eric Bowling is truly one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and caring trainers I have ever met. From beginning to end of my sessions, he is constantly watching and guiding to make sure my form is perfect. He always gives the reason behind doing what he is asking me to do, the muscle groups that are being used and is pretty much a genius with proper nutrition and supplementation. I have to tell you, I had my doubts as he is the youngest trainer I have ever hired. I am glad I set those doubts aside because he truly is so passionate about what he does, keeps the workouts fresh, pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do and really takes the best interest of the client in mind. He wants everyone to be successful with their goals. During the summer I wasn't able to get to the gym for a while because I was opening a new location for my business. He called me and asked me where I had been. That meant the world to me because at the time he wasn't even training me so it wasn't as if he had to call me because I had missed a session, he called me because he was concerned. I had known him the least amount of time of any of the trainers I had previously worked with at my gym and he was the first one that had ever done that. I won't ever forget that! Carman is an awesome trainer. As a single working mom, Carman is always willing to accommodate my schedule. He pushes me when I want to give up and keeps encouraging me throughout my training. His workouts are tough yet satisfying . Carman is enthusiastic and has extensive knowledge about diet and exercise . I highly recommend his training!!
Ron is a tremendous trainer. I was lucky enough to happen upon him while he worked at a gym I frequent. Every trainer is different. And while most focus on solely building muscle in their own ways, Ron's focus for me was the entire body. And it was a regimen I haven't found with any other trainer. My goals are to lose fat, build core strength and overall health. I would work out with Ron 2-3 times a week in addition to working out on my own (which is mostly weight training and some cardio). Ron's approach pushed my cardio while also strengthening my core muscles. They were always great and pushed my limits, something I really like. I saw great results as well. While everyone knows if you want to lose fat, it's a combination of diet and exercise. Ron helped me with both. My diet was already pretty good, but he helped me improve it. If you're seeking someone who will push you and your workouts, Ron has my highest recommendation.
Working with Carolyn has been a dream come true. She pushes me to levels I didn't think I could achieve, but with her amazing knowledge of the body and muscles and her ongoing compassion, she was able to easily guide me to success.
