Prior to working with JJ, my lifestyle wasn't very active. I knew i needed a personal trainer to help with my exercise routine, and JJ was the perfect guy. Since I started working with him 2 months ago, I am now definitely stronger, and he'll push you during training but still make it enjoyable. He also pointed out the things I needed to maintain during my off days, such as cardio. I definitely recommend him to help anyone who wants to start an active lifestyle.

All I can say is AMAZING! David is so beyond professional and respectful. Being a young woman (25 years old) I was a little weary of working out in someone's home, but David makes you feel so comfortable and confident that its like meeting up with a friend to workout. His equipment is in great working condition and always clean. The area is also always clean and the music selection is endless. He takes his role as your personal trainer seriously! I've been working with him for a while now (I go four times a week) and I can say that I feel so much healthier and my energy levels have skyrocketed! Not only does David customize your workout to YOU but he also provides his trainees with the emotional and mental support needed when taking on such a life change. I am so beyond happy that I gave him the chance to help me change my life. When I don't believe in myself he reminds me how much I've accomplished and where I will be if I keep working at it. It's been a while since we had personal trainers, so there was a bit of a 'gulp' factor when taking the plunge once again. We never looked back - Sandy is awesome! Not only is she prompt and professional, but she makes working out really fun! She is open to suggestions, keeps every session fresh with a wide variety of exercises and adapts to your physical limitations. And...she also travels to your home, which is a major convenience factor. It is an experience to have Kim as a personal trainer . She is very inspiring and is a professional person. Whenever we can’t make it she always lets me know ahead of time . She knows all the equipment and her motivation is just amazing. I’m looking forward to working out with her again .
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

I've been wanting to tone up my body and get abs for a long time. When Luke started to train he was super focused on the form of each exercise as to maximize results. This is awesome as I don't want to get injured. He knows how far to push me to go a little beyond my limits without killing me. He's also very knowledgeable on nutrition and made the best suggestions as to what to eat, when to eat, and what to take with supplements to fill in the gaps. Overall I'm extremely happy. He's an experienced personal trainer and I love my abs!!!

I actually met her thru a friend of mine, who was one of her close friends. I had hired several personal trainers but until Mami showed me her own training routines I was never happy. Eric is a phenomenal trainer. Unlike "personal trainers" provided by most big box gyms, he trains so passionately. I've seen many personal trainers at these corporate gyms with disinterested attitudes, giving fake approvals, such as "good job, ten more reps" even though their client's form is clearly suffering. These trainers are more concerned with getting the hour over with than the client's well-being and growth. Eric cares about improving your life for good, helping you grow physically and mentally, teaching you proper nutrition and exercise knowledge, and making sure you can apply these skills and knowledge to better your life. And unlike other trainers, he pushes you to do your absolute best. He will correct your form and make sure that you are working your ass off towards your goal. Weighing 110 lbs, I never thought that I would even be able to squat a bar properly. Two months later, with the support and help of Eric, I was able to squat 205 lbs with proper form! Along with his excellent training, Eric provided me with a unique meal plan that is so simple and fun to follow. Also, I suffer from moderate scoliosis, and Eric was able to comprise corrective/preventative exercises specifically for me. He's very knowledgable and passionate about what he does, and it clearly shows in his training style. My life has changed so drastically since training with Eric; I feel great and I see results! Not only that, but since my training started, I've become more disciplined and driven in all aspects of my life.
