I met with Markshane earlier in May and through the preliminary tests that he did on me I was in pretty bad shape. You can tell that he genuinely wants you to get better with the way that he talks about health. He told me "I'm in this business with you to get out of business with you" which totally makes sense bc his gym is targeted for YOU so that you can improve your health. My trainer is Jeremy and he's awesome. I've definitely felt a massive increase in strength. What I like about him is that he is always taking notes about what weight I'm improving to and what I'm struggling with so we can make it stronger. He continuously pushes me and encourages me to keep going and he knows a lot about what he does! Shape Up Studio has been a great choice to inprove my health and lifestyle. Thanks, guys!
I’ve been with Megan at Every BODY’s Fit for 2 months and I feel great. The workouts are always exciting and Megan does a great job of keeping me motivated and she always encouraging. My clothes fit better and my arms look really good!!! Bring on the sleeveless shirt! This was just what I needed to get my health and fitness back on track.

Dustin is an amazingly professional trainer that is highly responsive to the needs of his clients and we'll build a custom Training rooting for you based on your specific goals and resources. I met with him this evening at the park and she had me doing several of his high intensity interval routines that's just it my abilities and made it possible for him 2 gauge my aptitudes at this time. The workouts were challenging but not overwhelming and Dustin was very responsive to my needs whenever I was unable complete the set or if I was in pain he was able to switch out the routines to make it more comfortable and always kept a very positive motivational attitude. I'm looking forward to continuing working with him swords my health and athletic goals! To be thorough I am a 37 year old male that is trying to lose 35-45 pounds in body fat and gain a muscular toned physique so we'll see where we can go from here!
Lauren Allen is a phenomenal fitness coach and such an inspiration to all men and women. I have attended her Saturday bootcamps and not only did I leave with an energetic workout outdoors, but I left feeling wonderful about myself. I loved that she catered her boot camp to meet all levels of athleticism so that we all were able to receive an awesome butt kicking work out at our own pace. I would definitely recommend Lauren Allen!!
I was looking for a yoga instructor to introduce me to the practice and to help me manage the soreness and work related stress held within my body. Allison has exceeded my expectations with her expertise and patience in teaching me poses which specifically address my needs. After just a few sessions, I have felt much more limber and relaxed overall, and I look forward to incorporateing the practice into my daily routine. I engaged with Diane at the most pivotal time in my life, when I had some critical decisions to make about what I was going to do next and needed to get back in touch with the things that were meaningful and effective for me at a deep level. There is no denying that we were successful in getting to a path forward, as I've come out of the coaching exercise more sure of myself, confident, resilient and grounded then I've felt in a long time. Everything that we did was guided by my own thoughts and reactions, so in a sense the accomplishment was achieved through a conversation with myself that she facilitated, making the results permanent and self reinforcing. Donna Wolf is a very knowledgeable and professional Health and Nutritional specialist and advisor! She has done a terrific job in teaching and training our Women's Ministries group how to properly take care of themselves by using the proper rest, exercise, and nutrition! Not only has she held seminar-like meetings within our Women's Ministries group, she always makes available, special tools and materials to those ladies who are in need of help. She has done a terrific job also in reaching out on an individual basis as well! When I find myself in a nutritional rut, Donna is the one I'll call and trust.. her love for life and adventure is absolutely contagious! To know her is to love her!
Mirko is a professional coach, he follows you in every steps of the training, from the diet to the exercises. Andrea is incredible! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the San Diego area searching for a nutrition coach and or personal trainer. I came to Andrea as someone who had been working out and dieting on their own for two years and simply not seeing the results I desired in regards to performance and or physical development. However in only four months of working with Andrea as my nutrition and exercise coach I have seen three times the results then the cumulative changes I saw in my body and performance from the two years prior. My body fat percentage has dropped (which has been a long time goal and was something I struggled to achieve on my own,) Ive shredded a few inches, and Ive gained muscle/strength in very practical ways. My performance has overall enhanced. I find myself able to do things now I never thought I could like hold a crow pose in yoga class and do a few pull ups without assistance! But the reason I have and will continue to suggest Andrea to friends and family is the time I save by working with her. Andrea creates intelligent exercise programs that are fun to do and that fit around your life. My time in the gym before working with Andrea use to run two hours or more 5 days a week, now I am there for only one hour, three days a week and am seeing FAR better results. This is because she creates routines that are put together wisely and efficiently and that allow for proper recovery. Furthermore Andrea is the real deal when it comes to a thorough knowledge of the human body and its physical/nutritional needs. In so the work you do with her wont just help you look better, but also feel and move better. Mobility, flexibility, joint health, and other less aesthetically driven parts of maintaining a healthy body over the span of your life are often overlooked by other personal trainers. Andrea however is holistic in her approach and has helped me meet aesthetic goals without risking the long term health and function of my body. My flexibility and mobility especially in my hips and shoulders have increased drastically since Ive been following her guidelines for stretching and foam rolling. With the increased mobility came better form and better results as well as an overall more comfortable body when at rest. No matter where you are at: if youve been working out for years or if you have never lifted a weight before in your life, working with Andrea is a smart move. Youll see results, learn skills and tools in regards to nutrition/exercise that you can keep for a lifetime, and youll have a supportive and knowledgeable trainer to turn to when you have questions, need a little push to keep going, or just want to celebrate how far youve come.
Marjorie is, hands-down, the best "teacher" I've ever had. The reality is that to call her "teacher" wouldn't be enough. I came across Marjorie six years ago, when her class was recommended to me by another instructor, and I attended her class at then-Vira Yoga in NYC. I was blown away by everything about Marjorie: her knowledge of the whole body and of practicing yoga safely is above and beyond anyone I've ever met. I am a former soccer player with a history of chronic pain, and always shied away from regular yoga. Marjorie became my weekly ritual-I begin attending her Sunday 4 PM class at World Yoga Center whenever I could, and even sometimes went during lunch to her weekday classes. The modifications that she teaches are unlike any instructor I've ever met. She gently helps you find a way to be in every pose, commands the class with great warmth while also offering to help each student and pay attention to their alignment, and is available for consultation outside of class. She also is not like some yoga teachers, who move through the poses quickly and aren't sensitive to potential injury points. Marjorie is extremely experienced and teaches with safety first. she also incorporates sage wisdom, mindfulness, and recommendations for self-care and homeopathic remedies regularly. And she's funny! Also, she's a native New Yorker, I also found her observations very pertinent and real (for example, many New Yorkers spend time at a desk sitting in a chair, and are surrounded by lots of noise and high energy levels generally - she methodically walks you through how to adjust to each of those norms). I suspect that wherever Marjorie lives and teaches, she is fully engrossed in the patterns and habits of that location. This ability of hers to be "tuned in" and genuine goes a long way in the way she teaches her class. I was delighted to also learn that Marjorie could be a confidant and crucial consult for other health problems in my life. She will always defer to doctors and experts, but Marjorie pointed me towards a rehabilitation specialist and I have been working with for two years, who has also changed my life. Not to mention that several health and mindfulness-related books on my bookshelf are there as a result of Marjorie's recommendation. And most recently, at Marjorie's urging, I completed her reset and re-new course, which helped me to reset my eating habits and tackle my inflammation, and, as she says, "live better in my body" through diet and wellness routines. I am happy to say that I have lost 20 pounds in my inflammation is greatly reduced. And, the whole time I've known her, I've known that she is always available when I may be in crisis with my health. When Marjorie left New York City, a regular of part of my routine did go away. But, Marjorie makes herself available for private sessions via Zoom, and will regularly consult over email. She is an incredible practitioner and anyone lucky enough to should reap the benefits of her wisdom. There are 1 million instructors out there, but they're truly only has one Marjorie. Plus, her dog is adorable!!!!

I have been a client of chris capistran on and off for over three years. He has trained me and assisted me in various forms of training and rehabilitation at first in preparing me for hip placement surgery and more recently in strength and aerobic training for weight loss . I would unhesitatingly reccomend chris to anyone who wants a fun,challenging, and thoughtful parntner in whatever health and fitness goal you seek.
Debra Guttas has been offering me business coaching combined with reiki healing called Chakra Immersion. I wondered how well the business coaching would work as I live in Ireland however Debra is committed and passionate about what she does and has helped me find courage, knowledge and skills to move my business forward. Debra keeps in touch through regular emails and offers free webinairs as part of the package. Being a Yoga teacher combining the business coaching with a spiritual element was a big attraction for me. Debra is a gifted reiki practitioner and I feel after each session that wonderful things are happening to my chakras. A thorough cleansing. I would recommend Debra highly.
Working with personal trainer Sarah has been an amazing experience for me. I'm a cancer survivor going through chemotherapy and surgeries. I lost so many pounds that I couldn't imagine how skinny I was. Knowing health is more precious than gold, I needed to change my lifestyle. But I know not where to start, how to exercise and what type of healthy diet plan to gain my muscle mass and be in a good physical shape again. Until a best friend recommended Sarah to me. I'm now very happy with my body shape as my chest has grown 3-4″ and my biceps have grown 3″. I look good and feel better than ever before. Maggie is a wonderful personal instructor. Her positive encouragement and outlook, together with hard core, high variety workout make a dynamic combination for achieving results. The thing that makes her outstanding is her educational and technical knowledge on scientific and fitness studies that have achieved results and how she combines this in the routine for maximum effectiveness. Specifically her combinations of balance, agility and anaerobic exercise make her program unique. It's been a pleasure working with Maggie and I continue to engage with her.
