Brenda was super helpful and patient with me and went above and beyond what I expected. I wanted some stuff off an old hard drive and after managing to get some off, she actually gave me her hard drive adapter cable and taught me how to do it myself in the future. I know nothing about computers but she explained everything easily and was super nice about it. While the files were transferring she was also really fun to talk to! But most importantly, I was comfortable and she respected my privacy and let me watch her do her thing. I’m pretty reserved when it comes to my laptop and she was very reassuring. If I ever have another problem, she’ll be the first person I talk to! Thank you Brenda for all of your help, you’re the best!

I had an external hard drive that failed to mount due to some external damage and I needed to retrieve the files ASAP. After visiting a couple other electronic stores, I was discouraged because they quoted me 400-500 dollars and it would take a couple weeks to get it back! So I called a couple pros on thumbtack and Brenda was the first to person to respond to my emergency. She was very professional and honest. She was quick to respond. She offered to come by my business and pick it up. After a couple hours she was able to fix the problem and delivered it back to me! I was amazed and so grateful to have my problem taken care of the same day and at a very affordable price. I will definitely be using her for my other computer issues and recommending her to other friends and family.
