We scheduled a non-emergency appointment for a clogged shower drain at my Dad's house in Seal Beach, and the office asked what time worked best for us. We requested the next morning around 9 AM, and they gave us a 9:00–9:30 arrival window. Christian arrived at 9:15 — exactly as promised. He was friendly, professional, and honest from the start. He even let us know about their $79 drain special they were running, which we really appreciated. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and he was in and out in about a half hour. Mr. Rooter was highly recommended to us by a friend who had recently used them, and now I completely understand why. I definitely thanked my friend afterward! Had an issue with our washing machine not being able to drain properly because of a blockage in the pipes, causing the laundry sink to fill up as well. One of our neighbors had recommended Marvelous Plumbing awhile back and we remembered. I called them the same day, early morning, and they were able to arrange a technician to come out later in the afternoon. Huge shout out to Dwain the technician that came out and cleared the blockage for us. I know for me, I can get a little embarrassed asking a lot of questions or questions that seem really basic, but Dwain was very nice to kindly explain things simply and clearly. We will definitely keep using these guys for any future plumbing issues or maintenance."See more

Erik Burkhart says, "I always use Ritz because they communicate and act fast. This is the 6th time Ive used them (toilet issues, septic tank, sink drain issues and more). My Water Heater went down at 6pm and they asked me if I wanted it fixed that same day. I told them tomorrow. They showed up at 10am and were completed with a new water heater (replaced and took the old one out) by 12pm effortlessly. The team was very hospitable and kind. They are the only ones I call!"See more

Wyatt Rufener says, "During our bathroom renovation we discovered a number of issues with our shower drain pipe that our contractor was not willing to fix for us. We worked with Ken's plumbing, specifically Frank, to get it done and I am so glad we went with Ken's. The price was more than fair, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. I've had a few different plumbers come out for other issues and none of them were even close to the price that Ken's offered. Frank even gave me his cell phone number to make coordinating easier and in case we had any questions. I really can't say enough good stuff about Frank and his work. I also want to shout out their dispatcher, Christine, who was so incredibly kind and understanding when we were trying to schedule. I had a difficult time finding a day when our upstairs neighbor would be available and had to reschedule multiple times. Christine was completely understanding and accommodating. Lastly, I also want to shout out the general manager whose name I don't know. We discovered that our neighbor did not have a permit for work that was done on their shower drain which needed to be replaced. The general manager went to city hall same day and got the permit so that Frank could continue his work. What a class act. Thank you Ken's Plumbing! You have a loyal customer in us."See more
