Salads and protein shakes! Always trying to follow the next fad.. That was always my thing, my go to. Lost a few pounds here and there but nothing ever seemed to work for me. I decided to attend an orientation thanks to my cousins invite with M2 fitness. I wasn’t expecting to have not only a life changing event but a long lasting mentorship. Emile exposed me to books informational self focused material. To shift my way of thinking in so many ways, sharing his own experience, making me feel comfortable. Sharing personal stories I could relate to. Making sure I understood failing is part of being an imperfect person. But always strive to be the best for yourself! M2 fitness helped me get on track mentally which was what I needed! I needed someone to really put things into perspective. Emile is always there sending reminders to stay on track. For me it wasn’t a workout program or diet plan it was more of a mentorship and support that I needed to get my mental on track. I would recommend M2 Fitness to those who want more than just a meal plan or workout plan, or a one size fits all! But more so of a support system, life long tools and resources that you need to succeed for the rest of your journey on this planet!! I look foward to always going to my workout with Emile. He has really given me alot of help in understanding this journey. Gives me tips and suggestions. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?One thing I suggest with everyone that may be inquiring about working with us, and that may be price conscious is to start with our 24-week "Advanced Fat Loss Online Coaching" which is the most affordable option to provide nutritional eating programs coordinated with your fitness goals. Priced at just $66 dollars per month(based on 6 months), it allows a cost-effective approach to the key part of fat loss and exercise that must be adhered to for excellent results. You'll get yourself moving in the right direction fast and get the initial foundational skills in place first before spending $50-100/session (standard range of the typical big box gym per session fee) and stopping because the program didn't get this key element in place to help you see progress quickly. Once these foundation skills are in place then we can, if you are local to Long Beach CA., set up a monthly program in our studio that ranges from $199-599/month or you can remain online using any outside service to do physical on-sight training if you wish.
