Introduction: My goal is to customize each program to the indiviuals client's needs and style in order to reach goals in a way that they can maintain and feel confident continuing for years to come! I offer not only workout programs but also nutritional guidance to make sure we're always progressing. Dustin has been incredible to work with from day one
We train at Self Made Training Facility in Long Beach with some of the best equipment on the market. Having an educated trainer who knows exactly how to work with me on a personalized plan with a specific goal is the most important part of a trainer.
Pricing is incredibly fair for the value in working out with him. I attend 5 days a week and he is able to push me exactly where I need to be to see progress.
We scan weekly with an inbody analyzer and adjust accordingly. Meal plans are part of the package where Dustin found recipes to fit my diet and constantly encourages me to eat clean to achieve my goals.
Personally, Dustin is friendly, polite, and personable connecting well with me on sci fi and video games. Dustin’s physique shows he follows his own advice with his exercise discipline and knows exactly how to push you to your goals.
Don’t think twice about selecting Dustin as your personal trainer because you really get exactly that: personalized tailored training for you and your goals.

First time trying personal training and I’m so glad I chose Dustin! After only a month my pants are already fitting better and I haven’t felt this good about myself in so long! Dustin is a fantastic trainer! I’ve struggled with gym anxiety and he made me feel comfortable and supported while I was there. He helped with my form and gave me so much confidence in my lift. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a high quality trainer!
