I have held multiple records in the sport, and I credit this level of achievement to my attention to detail, discipline, willingness to learn, listen, and experiment with various training methods to continue unlocking my full potential. My approach to training is pretty straight forward - you set the goals, and I will do my best to get you there. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, and general fitness. I am able to train at my garage gym or I can travel to you.
