Jesus came by, and I expressed it was important to me to hire a licensed company. He gave me an estimate, and I hired him. However, a few days later (before he did the work) he told me he is not licensed. I chose not to do business with him. I wish he told me when we met at the beginning so I didn't lose a week that I could have been using to get other estimates.
